Greetings and welcome to this very short practice.
The intention here is really just to provide some quick reminders whenever we feel a little bit of doubt in our relationship with the higher self and our relationship with the universe.
Sometimes trusting blindly can be hard,
But if we can take a moment to ground ourselves in the present moment,
We can turn to these reminders and find that connection once again.
This can be done as a dedicated practice.
It can also be done if you're going through the middle of your day and just need a second to ground yourself.
If this is a dedicated practice for you,
Please get yourself comfortable.
You can be seated on the ground or on a pillow,
Legs crossed,
Hands on your thighs,
Palms facing forward.
You can even be lying down on your back.
If you're in the middle of your busy day,
Get as comfortable as you can and just close your eyes and slowly we'll tune out the world around us,
All of the doings,
And tune in to the inner world,
The inner life,
The inner wisdom.
Hear the rest of the world slowly fading away as you search the body and find the breath.
Engage with the breath and its natural breathing pattern and let it slowly take you over,
Feeling its warmth.
Now that we've found it,
We'll be a little bit more intentional with it.
We'll take a deep breath in and exhale,
Feeling that warmth spread through the body,
Just allowing for it to hold space.
Once again,
We'll inhale and deep breath out,
Feeling it echo through the body,
Feeling it release tension.
And this time on the in-breath,
We're going to direct that breath to the crown,
Top of the head,
A connection with the universe,
Connection with the higher self.
And we'll exhale,
Slowly feeling it through the body,
All the way down to our toes,
Grounding us to the world.
Please continue with that breathing pattern at your own pace.
On the in-breath,
Bringing it all the way up to the crown,
To the top of the head,
Holding it just for a moment,
And then exhaling slowly all the way down to the feet,
Feeling the earth beneath your feet,
Grounding yourself to the present moment.
This is your reminder to stay grounded.
This is your reminder to stay connected.
This is your reminder that nothing is real.
Life itself is a bit of an illusion,
So always be truthful to that higher self.
This is your reminder that to be courageous,
Is to be authentic,
Is to be truthful,
Is to trust in that connection,
Even when the world around us tells us we're wrong too.
This is your reminder to inspire,
Yourself to inspire one another in every single one of our touch points as we go throughout the day.
This is your reminder to love unconditionally,
To be free from attachment,
From expectations.
All we have and all we are is love.
This is your reminder that willpower is the strongest energy,
Transforms.
This is your reminder that letting go is easier than we think.
It is simply surrendering to the present moment,
Every moment.
This is your reminder to trust in the higher self and its calls.
Trusting in this higher self will always free us,
Regardless of outcomes.
This is your reminder that it's all already written.
So trust the signs,
Honor the journey.
Everything happens the way it's supposed to happen.
This is your reminder to listen to the universal language.
It speaks louder than words,
Has no boundaries,
Has no dialects.
As long as we pause in the stillness and make time,
We will be able to do it.
This is your reminder that we are all souls.
We are all love.
We are one.
We are the universe.

Whenever you are ready,
You can slowly open your eyes,
Take in your surroundings,
Wiggle the toes,
Wiggle the fingers,
Shrug your shoulders,
Wiggle the fingers,
Shrug your shoulders,
And slowly come back to the physical world.
