I am a strong believer that gratitude is magic.

I feel that we can solve anything or everything with gratitude.

For example,

If you're having a bad day,

You can always start thanking the day and thanking all the things that are around you.

For example,

Your bed,

Your pillow and everything that you're grateful for,

Even the smallest things.

Maybe the biggest challenge is expressing gratitude to a situation that has been difficult for you,

To a situation that definitely has made you,

Well I'm gonna say as in quotation marks,

Suffer.

It has made you cry,

That has made you unhappy.

Expressing gratitude to a situation like that is probably the most challenging thing.

That's why today I challenge you to think of a situation that,

Well,

Made you a little uncomfortable.

It could be a breakup,

A breakup is always hard,

Or maybe you got laid off,

Or just a very difficult situation.

And now I challenge you to express gratitude to that situation.

Maybe it's a situation that you've already healed and that's okay,

But the best part is when we learn our lesson from every situation that happens to us,

Good or bad.

But today's challenge is to just close your eyes,

Sit in a very comfortable position and just focus on your breathing to get grounded.

Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Feel the energy that you are while you're breathing.

Feel the air coming inside your body as you breathe in and as you breathe out.

Take a moment to breathe,

To feel the air,

To become one with yourself.

And now imagine that situation that was challenging for you.

Imagine that situation in front of you and always remember that in mindfulness we observe those thoughts,

We observe those memories,

But we never get involved.

So we're not going to feel anything,

Just observing it as if we were an outsider.

And I would like you to think of three things that that situation taught you.

Just three things.

For example,

It taught me or showed me how strong I am.

Think about it and once you're done say thank you,

Thank you,

Thank you and hug the situation.

Once you have hugged the situation,

Let it go and imagine these purple light just swarming the situation and how it gently fades away and how you feel better.

And now fill yourself up with that purple light as it changes all those feelings and moves them to positive feelings,

To positive energy.

So imagine this purple light just going all around you and how you feel lighter and how you just have let go and gently that purple light fades away and you start focusing on your breathing.

Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth.

Breathe in and breathe out.

And when you're ready you can open your eyes.

I hope this meditation could help you out as much as it helped me.

Sending you so much light and so much love.

Namaste.
