So you think you had a bad day?
Well what is a bad day anyways?
Why do we say we have bad days?
Why?
I mean for me.
Every day is a good day.
A new day is a chance to learn.
Even if you think,
Or if you consider actually.
That you had bad things happen to you.
But why do we usually have bad days?
Well,
We think we have bad days.
When things don't go our way.
When we plan something and in the end it didn't turn out that way.
When we had said at 7 we're going to be here and then at 9 we're going to be there.
And when it didn't turn out that way,
Well that's when we think we had a bad day.
We want to plan everything.
We want to have everything organized.
And no,
It's not possible.
Sometimes the universe has another plan for us.
And we have to be open to it.
So why do we get upset?
Well,
I just told you.
Because things didn't turn out the way we wanted them to.
Because we are perfectionists,
Or we think we are.
But we don't even know what that word means.
Because what perfectionist means to me is not the same for you.
So the next time something didn't go your way,
You didn't go to that meeting you wanted to go to,
Or to that training session you wanted to go to,
Or you just couldn't go to your friend's house,
Anything.
It was because you were not meant to go,
Or nothing to be there.
And that's okay.
Go with the flow.
Let go.
Don't get home at the end of the day and be like,
Hey I didn't do what I wanted to,
It was a terrible day,
This and this happened,
No.
Sit down and just say thanks.
Express gratitude for your day.
Because things didn't go the way you wanted them to.
But there was a hidden blessing behind it.
You had to learn from it.
So just thank the universe.
And that's what we're going to do today.
Sit in a very comfortable position and close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Take another deep breath in and out.
One more time.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Now,
Even if you didn't have a bad day,
Just focus on your breathing.
When you're breathing,
Breathe in happiness.
Even if you don't know what that means,
Imagine you're breathing in and you just want to smile.
Breathe in that happiness.
And breathe out everything that you don't need.
Everything.
If you're stressed out,
If you're worried,
If you had that bad day,
Let go.
Let it all go.
So do it again.
Breathe in happiness.
And breathe out everything that you don't need.
Do it one more time.
Breathe in happiness.
And let it all out.
Now your body has been filled with joy.
So breathe in happiness again.
And let it out.
You're so full of joy that you can let it out.
Breathe in peace.
Feel how your body is just very,
Very calm.
And breathe out peace.
Do it one more time.
Now,
Breathe in love.
Just feel how your heart starts to tickle.
And breathe out love.
And finally,
Express gratitude.
One thing,
One little thing.
Maybe you have a bed to sleep on.
Just one thing.
Now take another deep breath in.
And out.
And feel how you're coming back to the breath moment.
Take another deep breath in.
And out.
One more time.
So when you've had that bad day,
Or during the day,
You can't take it anymore.
