I used this during my waking up to the day routine which I like to be peaceful, calming, but not lulling me back to sleep - this piece of music fits very well for me. Enough interesting sounds to keep me wondering but also a calm vibe that feels like warm or cool water for relaxing in. Very like the swooshing of trees in that same way where it can be refreshing & soothing.
