I'm Trisha Rit and I invite you now to connect with your breath.
Breathing in and exhaling out.
As you bring your attention to your breath,
Watching it coming in and going out,
Bring your focus in closely to your breath.
Now gonna use your eyes.
So allow your eyes to relax on the distance in front of you.
Noticing,
Noticing all that's in front of you.
Notice colours,
Notice shapes,
Textures.
See everything,
The whole 180 degrees in front of you.
Let your eyes relax as you take it all in.
Now to focus on sound.
What sounds are far away that you can hear in the distance?
What sounds are closer,
Maybe in the room that you're in?
And what sounds are within you?
Can you hear your breath?
Can you hear your heart?
Can you hear your eyes blinking?
And what can you feel?
Can you feel the clothes on your body?
The seat,
The ground underneath you.
The sensations in your body.
Sensations in your head,
In your neck,
In your arms,
In your hands,
In your chest,
In your belly,
In your upper legs,
In your lower legs,
In your feet.
Bring yourself back to breath.
Breathing in,
Exhaling out.
Now go use this focus to create,
To do,
To be.
