Nurture Your Creator's Garden
As a powerful creator, you have a garden where all ideas start to grow, bloom, and can be harvested. In this journey, you will nurture your garden, weed out what you don't want to grow, nourish what is there, and plant what you wish to grow. This is a powerful practice for the new moon. The music that accompanies the track is at 432 Hz and was created by Sunshine Seeds on Pond5.

Welcome to this visioning session where we will be tending to your creator's garden.
This is a process of using the symbol of your creator's garden to connect with you as a creator,
Your vision as a creator,
So that you can nourish that part of you.
It's a visualization track where you will be supported to go into your creator's garden and tend it.
And we will begin with the breath of life.
Breathing in and exhaling out,
Continuing to deepen your breath as you drop deeper and deeper into yourself and allowing your attention now to come down to the earth beneath us.
Feeling deep into the ground and your connection to it with a sense of gratitude and honoring for all that the earth supports you,
Holds you.
Extending that honoring to all that sustains you from the earth and extending that honoring to the first nations people of the land that you stand on,
Who have held this land and held it well.
Now taking your attention upwards,
Feeling the breadth of sky above you,
Feeling inspired by the sky,
Nourished by the sun,
Given rhythm by the moon,
Life through the air and feel your connection upwards.
And now bringing your attention to your heart to center and filling it up with love for yourself,
For all that you are,
For the amazing creator that you are.
Filling your heart up with that love and letting that love extend out to your whole being.
Now in your mind's eye,
See yourself walking down a path as we begin the visualization.
See your feet making steps on this path,
Knowing that you are headed to your creation garden.
This is a special garden that it belongs all to you,
That is the place where you can garden and you can enjoy and you can be and you can connect with the creator that you are on a deep soul level.
Then you come to the gate to the garden and with your hand on the gate you will step inside in a moment and as you do,
Stepping in with a beginner's mind,
With an openness to everything and an expectation of nothing.
Stepping inside and letting the garden unfold in your mind,
Unfold in your imagination.
It may happen quickly or slowly,
Allow whatever happens to unfold in your garden,
In your creator's garden.
Now we're going to begin the process,
We're going to nourish what has already grown and you want to keep on growing and keep on supporting and keep on nurturing.
We're going to do some weeding of what no longer serves you or maybe wasn't even yours in the first place,
Weeds that have flown over from somewhere else and we're going to plant new seeds,
New seeds of things that you want to create,
That you are going to bring into existence.
As we begin this process,
Know that this is your garden and you can also just lie down and enjoy it at any time.
Lie back and watch it as it grows and unfolds and unfurls around you.
This is your space.
I invite you now to see the plants that you love in your garden,
That are growing strong.
Plants that symbolize the things in your life that are strong and growing,
That you've been developing and building and growing for years or months.
That your heart and soul has been put into these creations and they are growing and blooming.
Connect now with these parts of your garden.
You may know or you may not know what these plants symbolize in your life,
What projects,
What creations,
What parts of your life they are there to represent.
Whether you know or you don't know,
You can still support these plants to grow stronger,
Nourish them,
Support them,
Fertilize them,
Give them what they need to grow even stronger,
Even more powerful.
You may do this on a symbolic level by watering them,
Giving them food,
Nourishment,
Compost,
By clearing away any pests that have been taking away from them,
By giving them more of what they need.
If you want them to have more fruit,
More flowers,
Feeding them with the nourishment that feeding them with the nourishment that they need for that here in this garden.
You can also have ideas popping in of what that means in the everyday world.
What do you need to do to nourish and support what is already strong to be even stronger?
Are there some pests and things that you need to clear away to allow that part of your life to be even more powerful,
Even more abundant?
Ideas may drop in both as you're working symbolically with the plants plants or directly in relation to ideas that are popping in your head,
Keeping on supporting these plants,
Nourishing them.
You might like now to sit with one of these plants,
One that is particularly beautiful and amazing to you.
As we sit down with this creation that you have brought to life and nourished and supported,
Kind of breathe with this plant now.
As you exhale,
You will exhale your carbon dioxide your carbon dioxide and the plant will inhale and the plant will exhale oxygen as you inhale.
As you exhale your passion and purpose,
This plant will exhale joy and abundance.
Exhale and inhale,
Breathing with this plant for a few moments in this cycle of giving and receiving.
Now we can send a pulse of love to this plant and any other plant in the garden that is growing well.
As we turn now our attention to some of the weeds that have been coming up.
Now these are things in your life that no longer serve you and you can pull them out with intention to release.
As you visualize and see yourself pulling weeds from your garden,
You're releasing,
You're clearing,
You're transmuting all that does not serve you,
All that does not belong to you.
You can put it in a compost pile where it will break down and become nourishment and food for your plants in the future.
As you're doing this you may know the weeds you are pulling out on a mundane conscious level or you may not know.
Either way you're still clearing,
Releasing,
Transforming and creating space for new things to grow,
Clearing and releasing.
Now that this patch of garden is cleared,
You have space now for planting as you reach your hands down and feel the soil.
It is rich and moist and ready,
Ready to be planted,
Ready to support new life,
New ideas,
New creations.
And in this newly prepared patch of deep rich earth you can now plant new seeds,
And with each seed that you plant,
Plant it with love and intention,
Intention for it to grow,
Intention for it to be and create.
You may know what the seeds are that you're planting and as you do with these seeds,
Place your intention as you plant them in the earth,
The intention for them to grow,
To serve,
The ripples of what they can do and create,
Your hopes and dreams for them with love.
If ideas are not popping into your head,
You can still plant some seeds with this intention,
The intention of growing,
Of serving,
Of serving,
Of creating what aligns with the path of your heart,
And trust that the ideas will come as these seeds start to grow.
Now we are going to water these plants in,
These seeds in,
See yourself watering the plants and almost feeling as the seeds expand,
Reach roots down,
To be fully embedded in your creator's garden.
You may even start to see shoots coming up,
Your ideas sprouting,
The things that you are planting starting to come to be in this garden.
Take a seat somewhere in your garden now and watch and be and experience as you enjoy your creator's garden all around you.
As you do,
Your heart can fill with joy,
With love,
With compassion,
And your belly can warm with the fire of the fire in your belly,
The passion and the purpose and the drive that purpose and the drive that lives within you.
And fill your whole being up with this fire in your belly and love in your heart,
And let that feeling expand throughout your whole being,
And beyond that to the whole of your garden,
The whole of your creator's garden.
Love,
Honouring,
Passion,
Purpose,
For the good of all things.
It is time now to leave this garden and know that it is always here for you.
You can always come back to your garden,
To garden,
To work on your garden,
To support your garden,
To just be in your garden.
It is always here.
We leave now,
We leave now by exiting through the gate with one last look back at the beauty and power of it.
Closing the gate behind you,
Walking down the path that you came here on,
Back into the room that you are in,
And start to become aware of the breath as it comes in and out of your body.
Feel the part of your body that's connected to the ground,
Connected to your clothing.
Start to become aware of the sensations of your body.
When you're ready,
You might like to move,
Undulate,
Roll,
And opening your eyes when you're ready.
To fully come back to yourself,
You may like to go and place your hands on the earth,
Or nourish yourself with some food or drink,
And spend some time now to journal anything that came through for you,
Of any insights you gained through this practice,
Or just let them sit with you.
Thank you so much for joining me for this practice,
And I highly recommend this as a regular new moon practice.
I'm Trish Everett,
And I wish you all the very best with your creating,
Both for the journey of your heart and its path,
And the good of all things.
Thank you.
