I choose to take deep cleansing breaths and relax my body and my mind.

I choose to acknowledge that I am learning and growing.

I choose to live in faith rather than fear.

I choose to engage in loving dialogue with myself and others.

I choose to forgive myself for the self-destructive behaviors I have used to cope with my pain.

I choose to focus on the rhythm of my breath when I am distracted or overwhelmed by my thoughts or emotions.

I choose to use all of my life experiences for my good.

I choose to reclaim my power and heal my wounded spirit.

I choose to be free from the memories and emotions of my negative life experiences.

I choose to believe the voice of truth.

I choose to become the person I was intended to be.

I choose to forgive myself for holding on to any pain.

I choose to invite safe,

Protective supports to walk this journey with me.

I choose to express my emotions directly.

I choose to say goodbye to relationships which are no longer fulfilling.

I choose to acknowledge the pain I have avoided.

I choose to take deep,

Cleansing breaths and relax my body and mind.

I choose to just notice my emotions and not attach or make judgments.

I choose to do the opposite of my symptoms.

I choose to see the options,

Possibilities,

And choices in all of my challenges and obstacles.

I choose to acknowledge that those around me are also learning and growing.

I choose to loosen the hold the memory of my losses has on me.

I choose to let my feelings wash over me with the understanding that they are not bigger than me and they will pass.

I choose to embrace my imperfection.

I choose to stop treating myself as the enemy by engaging in self-destructive behavior.

I choose to take deep,

Cleansing breaths.

I choose to listen to my body,

To its needs,

To the truth.

I choose to accept my own mistakes and the mistakes of others without harsh judgment.

I choose to see myself as successful.

I choose to be grateful.

I choose to accept that I am perfectly me.

I choose to accept that there is a good outcome to change.

I choose to share myself with others in a safe way,

Just a little bit more.

I choose to listen and honor that still,

Quiet voice within.

I choose to give a voice to my truth.

I choose to say no when I mean no.

I choose to believe that even when people disappoint me,

I am still whole.

I choose to choose.

I choose to reach out to safe people when I feel uncomfortable.

I choose to take care of my body.

I choose to live in today.

I choose to say yes when I mean yes.

I choose to let my feelings wash over me with the understanding that they are not bigger than me and that they will pass.

I choose to tell myself at this moment I am safe.

I choose to wrap myself in a blanket of God's protection.

I choose to accept when I make mistakes,

I am still whole.

I choose to focus on the rhythm of my breath when I'm distracted or overwhelmed by my thoughts or emotions.

I choose to accept where I am in my journey and strive for improvement.

I choose to love my body and my personality.

I choose to look for the lessons in all of my challenges.

I choose to take the time I need to relax,

Heal,

And honor myself and my Creator.

I choose to ride the waves of my emotions with the knowledge that they are God-given.

I choose to meditate daily and honor my spirit.

I choose to observe and not attach to the uncomfortable,

Disturbing events of my life and the lives of others.

I choose to sit and hear the still,

Small voice of God.

I choose to acknowledge that all things are permissible,

Yet all things are not beneficial.

I choose to engage in activities which are beneficial to me and those around me.

I choose to make food and activity choices which are beneficial to me.

I choose to say no to choices which are not beneficial to my well-being.

I choose to see myself as a child of God and stop self-criticism with the understanding to criticize one of God's children is equivalent to criticizing God.

I choose to refrain from criticizing others with the understanding that they are exactly where they are supposed to be at this time.

I choose to remember that I am responsible for me.

I choose to reflect on the motives for my behaviors.

I choose to refrain from controlling others with the understanding that it's not my job to rescue someone from their natural consequences or life lessons.

I choose to see every person I encounter as a teacher.

I'm open to learning the lessons that they have for me.

I choose to guard my mind,

Body,

And spirit from negativity.

I choose to play and have fun,

Knowing that joy is needed in my life for me to be whole and complete.

I choose to ask myself,

What would God have me do?

I choose to have a balanced,

Healthy relationship with food.

I choose to live in the present.

I choose to stretch my body.

I choose to have a balanced relationship with work,

Family,

And friends.

I choose to check the motives for my behaviors.

I choose to respond to life's challenges and disappointments in a calm,

Loving way.

I choose to spend less time watching TV and online and more time nurturing myself.

I choose to be proud of the progress I have made.

I choose to be a part of the world.

I choose to be a part of the world.
