I'm Tracy and I'm so happy that you're here.

Allow your body to find a comfortable position and then take a moment to notice any parts of your body that are uncomfortable.

Any parts of your body that are speaking to you and see if you can make them even 10% more comfortable.

And then find your breath,

Breathe into your body and as you exhale,

Open your mouth and sigh.

And then do that two more times,

Visualizing as you do that you are letting go of the hardest parts of your day and the parts that you're carrying in your jaw,

Your shoulders,

Your back,

Breathing in peacefulness and sighing out the hardest parts of your day.

As you hold yourself in this space,

Feel the whole body that you're in,

This body that you live in that is your home,

This body that holds the biography of your life and this body that speaks to you,

Holding your pain,

Your sensitivities,

Your joy,

Your memories.

Allow yourself to feel the whole body that you live in and as you feel your body,

We'll practice sending kindness,

Gentle acceptance to all of the physical parts of you.

Visualize your face,

Your eyes,

Your lips,

Your nose,

Your mouth.

The long bones in the arms and the legs,

The tiny bones in the hands and the feet.

Thank you to those bones for supporting you the way that they do,

For holding you up in the face of all that life throws at you.

Feel the muscles in the body,

The muscles that work to heat you up,

Move you.

Our immense gratitude at being able to move any amount.

And now feel your whole body.

Find the feeling of appreciation and appreciate all of your body,

Every part of it,

Appreciate it for working,

For allowing you to experience the world.

And now,

Imagine that you can see your body in the room that you're in,

As if you're standing beside your body.

And on your chest,

You are holding the work that you are doing in this life right now.

And now,

Imagine that you are standing that you are doing in this life right now.

And that work is emotional,

It's psychological,

It's physical,

It is generational.

And as you see yourself in the room that you're in,

Imagine the shape,

The color,

The texture,

The weight of that work that you're doing.

See yourself holding that work.

And then imagine moving outside of the room that you're in so that you can see the city that you're in.

And visualize all of the people around you.

Holding the work of their lives,

The journey of their lives,

Which has a particular color and shape.

See yourself,

See all of the people around you in this moment.

See yourself,

See all of the people around you in the city you're in.

Holding the work,

The journey of their lives.

And as you visualize this,

Visualize a thread of connection between you and all of these other people.

A thread of connection that is like the flamentous root of a tree.

A thread that connects you in your basic humanity to all other people so that you are not alone and you are supported.

And as you come back into the room and inhabit your body,

Imagine exploring the journey of your life with curiosity.

Allow the feeling of curiosity to permeate your mind and your body.

And allow curiosity to hold the work in your journey tenderly.

Affirm to yourself that tomorrow you will be guided by your own curiosity.

And now center your awareness on your breath.

And as you breathe in,

Breathe in peace.

And every time you breathe out,

Begin to let go.

Let go of thinking about tomorrow.

Trust that it will be there when you wake up.

Let go of planning.

And when your mind begins to plan,

Simply focus it back on the rhythm of your breath.

On the rhythm of your breath as you breathe in and as you breathe out.

Let go of revealing.

Reassure yourself that in every moment of every day you've always done the best that you could in that moment.

And as each moment becomes,

As each moment is new,

You're evolving,

You are growing.

As you breathe in,

Affirm,

Allow your need to rest.

And as you breathe out,

Trust that allowing your need to be validated is enough.

It is enough of an invitation for that rest to come.

Allow yourself to feel deeply peaceful and peacefully whole.

Embrace the sensation of acceptance.

You are enough as you are.

You hold peacefulness,

Calm,

Stability deeply inside of you.

You are beloved.
