Begin this meditation by recognizing how you feel in this very moment.

Recognize in particular any sources of immediate anxiety,

Thoughts,

Feelings,

The way you feel in your body,

Maybe tension,

Contraction.

And that recognition is the beginning of our journey into collective unconscious.

What shapes this very moment is a sum of many,

Many experiences that do not belong to you personally.

They come from the past,

They are a result of many beliefs.

And in this very moment,

We take courage to face them as they are.

And even though the experience that you are having in this very moment is personal,

Recognize that it is not purely result of your personal actions.

See if you can sit with a bit of compassion and understanding.

See if you can get above the clouds of the collective turmoil,

Tribulation,

Above the clouds of all the negative human experience and apply compassion.

Understand that you are doing this not by yourself,

But you are supported by many others who come with that same intention,

The same kindness,

Softness,

Compassion to the human predicament that is tough.

Ask yourself who can transform this difficult human predicament.

And if you don't choose to do something about it,

Do you have it in you in this very moment?

And even if others can't do it,

Allow yourself to experience all the anxiety,

Thoughts,

Emotions,

Feelings from perspective of your higher expanded self that goes beyond the human condition.

Even if it feels heavy,

Even if it feels congested,

Stay with me for just a moment and see if you can contribute the collective transformation of the anxiety,

Of the suffering.

What part do you choose to play in this?

My part here is to support you so we can sit together building a fresh new relationship with what is happening in this very moment.

And maybe together we will make it easier.

So let's continue this consideration of a human predicament in silence as I sit by your side,

Quietly supporting you.

And I will bring you back when the time is up.

Shift your awareness once again towards your body.

Experience the stillness,

Softness and peace that resides within.

Recognize that you always have access to it,

The stillness is always there,

Even when covered by layers of individual and collective struggle,

Fear,

Anxiety.

As you did in this meditation,

You always have a choice to access it and cut through all the layers that cover the true self.

And this way you can deal easier and better with all the challenges that you are facing.

Now,

Let us go back and take the experience,

The feeling,

The energy that you accumulated during this meditation and infuse it into your senses,

Starting with recognizing the field of vision in front of your closed eyes,

Light gaze through your closed eyelids,

Gently reconnecting now the sounds,

Sound of music,

Sound of my voice.

Briefly recognize senses of taste and smell,

Even if not very dominant in this very moment.

Simply notice that you have access to them.

And finally,

Feel your body through the sense of touch,

How you are connected with the space around you.

Feel the separation of your physical body from the rest of your environment.

Feel the surface underneath your feet,

Hands in your lap,

Perhaps touching your sit bones,

Your lower and upper back,

Making contact with the surface.

Once again,

Feel in your body all the sensations.

Now,

Add gentle movement,

Starting with your toes,

Fingers.

Gently tilt your head to the left,

Stretch muscles in your neck,

Tilt your head to the right,

Other side of your neck,

Back to the center,

And expand your lungs with one deep breath in through your nose and exhale through your mouth.

Open your eyes and wake up.
