In this meditation,

I invite you to align yourself with this very moment and look at yourself as a flame of consciousness courageously burning in the human existence.

You came here to experience human predicament that includes pain and suffering,

But also joy and fulfillment.

All of the circumstances are valid and only the most courageous souls are capable of taking this challenge on.

If you are here,

There is a purpose to it.

Even if you can't see it just now,

You will see it eventually.

And right now,

I invite you to embrace whatever your external circumstance is and take it in.

Allow your eyes to close and contemplate this very moment from the perspective of your incarnation.

Even if you don't know what are the goals,

What is the purpose,

What is the lesson,

Allow yourself to be guided by the inner self.

The inner self that is not part of your intellect but goes way beyond.

The inner self knows and communicates that wisdom to you at all times.

It's not a matter of not being connected,

But a matter of learning how to listen deeper.

So right now,

Look beyond the thoughts.

Listen to the source from beyond the veil of inner dialogue,

Thoughts,

Habitual responses.

Recognize your courage to be here and embrace yourself because you are loved.

I am here by your side to hold the space,

Support you.

As you explore on your own,

But in a company of wonderful souls when the time is up.

And now,

Take the healing that you experienced through aligning yourself with the present moment and integrate it within the structure of the intellect,

The emissary that supports your higher self,

The self that knows the path not intellectually but experientially.

And use it as a source of guidance,

The guidance that gives you courage to move on through any circumstances,

Embracing the pain,

Embracing the human existence as is,

As opposed to how we wanted to see it from the perspective of your mind and your thoughts.

Give yourself a pat on the shoulder for having the courage to be here.

Recognize that you are not alone,

That you are supported,

That all of us that meditate in the conscious space right here,

Right now.

And even though you may not feel the physical presence,

You are still connected beyond time and space in the ways that are beyond your intellect.

So express your gratitude for this present moment,

For the alignment that you create with the current circumstances and know this is a part of who you are,

This is a place that you have access to at any given moment,

Particularly where you suffer,

When you are in need of healing.

And use this space to come back to,

To rest,

To seek refuge.

And right now,

I want to invite you to connect with your physical senses in the way that is best for you and recognize the space around you as is,

The feet on the ground,

The hands in your lap,

The sounds that come to you,

The sound of my voice,

The sound of music.

And courageously,

Take a deep breath in and exhale through your mouth.
