Once again,
We gather to experience something new,
Rewire your brain and bring fresh vitality to your body and mind.
One can argue that technology became our most powerful ally.
Very few things happen without an aid of computers and the internet.
We heavily depend on the smartphones and even a few hours without them may cause us a serious anxiety.
Today,
I'd like to show you how technology can be used to support the healthy states of mind.
Have you ever heard about hemispheric synchronization?
It's a technology that allows the left and right hemispheres of your brain to work in unison.
We experience this state as a blissful combination of focus and calm.
Most of us experience it very rarely and only by chance.
Scientists became interested what happens in your brain in such a state.
More importantly,
Can one access such state on demand?
What they discovered is that indeed it is possible and one of the ways to do so is by using sound.
Rather than going into the scientific details of this process,
I'd like you to experience it yourself.
It is important that you use headphones for this experiment.
Now,
When I introduce one sound to your left ear like this and a higher sound to your right ear like this,
You simply hear two separate sounds.
However,
If I play those sounds simultaneously,
Your brain performs a mathematical operation that allows you to hear a vibrato which frequency represents the difference between those two sounds.
Today,
I invite you to listen to a track composed for this occasion by my friend from Soulful Soundwaves.
The track is embedded with frequency that will help you to enter the alpha state,
A state of relaxed focus and flow.

Take one deep conscious breath in through your nose.
Hold and out through your mouth.

A reminder about daily mindful breaks.
Set up timer in your phone for two hours from now.
When the alarm rings,
Stop for a moment,
Take a deep breath and exhale slowly.
Then bring your attention to your body and ask yourself how you feel.
Become aware of the energy inside of your chest.
Then move on with your day.
Repeat the mindful break two or three times throughout the day.

Wow! I feel so relaxed! "Thinking" felt impossible - and, my mind felt absolutely clear. Visual experience was also very peaceful - beautiful color, that came and went in a cave like space that was otherwise peacefully dark. I felt as if I was in a peaceful sleep, but was also aware I wasn't sleeping. Soulful Sound Waves - thank you.
