Bruce Lipton,
An American developmental biologist,
Describes a phenomenon called honeymoon effect.
When you are in love on a honeymoon,
Everything that you do,
Every action that you take is effortless.
Even those things that you normally dislike seem bearable.
Upon returning home,
The effect wears off and soon enough things return to normal.
Once again you become the old self,
Following the established patterns of behavior.
The science shows we don't need to fall in love every time we want to experience this state of flow.
The state can be trained and lived on a daily basis.
This program is designed to help you get there,
Train yourself in the art of flow.
The brain is a wonderful servant,
But a terrible master.
Every meditation,
Every exercise provided in this program was scientifically tested to rewire your brain and put you in the state of being in which you are more likely to access your full potential,
Explore and feel the states outside of the thinking process.
Having said that,
Nothing happens without effort.
Passively listening may make you feel better for a moment,
But only doing will bring a long lasting changes to your life.
Knowing is not enough,
You must apply.
Willing is not enough,
You must do.

Time for a disclaimer.
Inevitably along the way your brain will come up with many excuses why you should not do any of this and just continue doing more of the same,
The familiar.
This is your ego talking,
The default programming as I call it.
When this happens,
Simply bring non-judgmental awareness to those thoughts and carry on as planned.
To acknowledge and accept those thoughts is an important part of the process.
Let us begin.
This meditation is most beneficial when done in the morning.
Find a place where you won't be distracted for the next 20 minutes.
Sit with your back straight,
But not rigid,
So your breath flows naturally without restrictions.
Imagine yourself being a queen or a king,
Looking forward with dignity,
Relaxed,
But attentive.
You may adjust your posture during the meditation if necessary.
However,
Avoid rapid movements and make the adjustments slowly and gracefully.
Your feet resting on the floor,
Supporting,
Grounding you as you hold the space around you.
Hands in your lap.
Allow your eyes to close.
Recognize that you owe this time and space,
Being safe and protected.
Get ready to access the source of your vitality by fully engaging with this meditation.
This is the intention behind this practice.
Take a couple of deeper conscious breaths,
Breathing in through your nose and out through your mouth as I guide you.
In,
Hold and out.
In,
Hold and out.
In,
Hold and out.
Breathe normally and relax.
Now connect with your breath.
Recognize its quality,
Deep,
Shallow,
Long or short.
No need to change it.
Simply direct your attention towards it.
Observe how the air moves in and out of your body.
Notice the difference between in-breath and out-breath.
Breath is your energy tool in this meditation.
Every time you breathe in,
Fresh supply of oxygen flows into your body,
Allowing production of vital energy that fuels every cell.
Every time you breathe out,
You let go of carbon dioxide,
Making room for more oxygen.
As you continue breathing,
Become aware of this vital function.
Oxygen in,
Release.
Oxygen in,
Release and so on.
Our circulatory system delivers oxygen to every part of your body,
Allowing every cell to fulfill its function.
Now,
Imagine that every in-breath lights up an orb of vital energy in the middle of your chest.
Every out-breath radiates this energy throughout your body.
Notice how in-breath energizes you.
In-out-breath distributes the energy to all parts of your body,
Like a wave spreading from the center to the outside of a pond.
The waves of new vitality ripple throughout your body,
Bringing fresh energy and vitality to every cell.
You may notice that the out-breath is a bit longer,
Giving time for the energy to spread and being absorbed.
With each in-breath,
The flow becomes stronger,
The light inside of your chest brighter.
You can feel the energy spreading with every breath as your cells fill up with this vitality.
This is a slow but steady process,
And you put your intention to bring as much energy At any point of this meditation,
You may notice that your attention moves somewhere else to a thought,
A sound,
A bodily sensation,
Perhaps formed with an image.
This is absolutely normal and nothing to worry about.
It's an attempt of your ego to return to the default state in which you are no longer present and run on autopilot.
I'm here with you to help you redirect your attention back to your breath and continue the energizing process.
In,
Sparkling white energy builds inside of your chest.
Out,
Waves of fresh energy come from the center,
Out.
Continue this process for a moment as I'm holding the space for you.
5 Now,
Begin the return by connecting with your bodily sensations.
Feel your hands resting in your lap.
Feel the feet on the floor.
You may gently wiggle your toes,
Move your fingers,
Slowly and gently tilt your head to the left,
To the right.
Take one more deep breath in through your nose.
Hold and out through your mouth.
Open your eyes and welcome back.
Congratulations!
You did great!
How do you feel?
Now the formal meditation is finished.
However,
The effects will continue to manifest over the entire day.
Observe how it would make you feel.
To strengthen and prolong the effects of this meditation,
I suggest a simple exercise.
Set up timer in your phone for 2 hours from now.
When the alarm rings,
Stop for a moment,
Take a deep breath and exhale slowly.
Then,
Bring your attention to your body and ask yourself how you feel.
Become aware of the energy inside of your chest.
Recognize its presence.
This should take less than 30 seconds.
When finished,
Set up timer in your phone again.
Repeat this mindful break 2 or 3 times throughout the day.
Every time you face a challenging situation,
Remind yourself that you are full of vital energy to deal with it.
Before you go to bed,
Make a note in a diary or on a piece of paper about 3 things that went differently today in a positive way.
Read the note when you wake up.
