There's room,

There's space for everything.

Maybe we could start there and just notice how the physical space that everything appears in has room for everything that appears within it.

Just kind of allow yourself to get like an image of that.

Look at the physical space,

You could call reality the physical space that without which nothing could appear,

No form,

No forms could appear.

And notice how one of the qualities of this physical space is that it has room for everything.

And supposedly our universe is expanding and the space has room for that expanding universe.

So one of the qualities of reality or this space in which everything appears is that it has room for everything just the way it is.

And allow that image to guide you into the experience of room for everything just the way it is.

And as best you can allow yourself to feel and experience the spaciousness,

Room for everything just the way it is.

Not only does it have room for everything just the way it is,

It doesn't make any demands on anything that's appearing within it.

Notice how this space effortlessly,

Instantly allows for everything to be exactly what it is including what you call you.

Including whatever you think you are.

And again allow this imagery to guide you into experiencing room for you just the way you are.

How in reality you're instantly and effortlessly welcome and allowed to be just as you are.

Notice how that's reality and that you're the only one that is not allowing you to be,

To just be as you are.

And now as best you can allow yourself to be to just be.

Not forever.

You can always pick up all the agendas,

All the pushing and pulling and holding on,

All the wrestling with reality.

Just for a few moments as best you can allow yourself to experience reality.

Allow yourself to just be as you are.

And as you allow yourself to be as you are.

Experience how no effort is required to be,

To just be as you are.

Experience the effortlessness of pure being.

And as you notice the effortlessness of pure being,

Just being.

Allow this beingness to fill the whole space of reality.

Notice how this beingness is not contained by anything.

And allow it to spread,

Permeate the whole space,

Endless space.

Notice how in reality there is no border to this beingness that you are.

There's no actual line or boundary or border.

And again,

Allow yourself to be consciously aware of the effortlessness of being what you are.

Of this beingness that you are.

And now notice another quality of this beingness that you are.

This effortless beingness that you are.

How it doesn't need a thought in order to be.

It just is.

Effortlessly present.

Effortlessly presence itself.

It doesn't need permission from the mind to be.

It just is.

Effortlessly itself.

And allow yourself to rest in this beingness that you are.

And just notice how the mind or thoughts,

Images,

Body sensations,

Just notice how they appear and disappear in the beingness that you are.

Notice how this beingness is completely unattached to what's appearing and disappearing.

Undisturbed by whatever's appearing in the form of thoughts,

Images,

Sounds,

Sensations in the body.

Just notice how this beingness is completely unaffected by the comings and goings of thought.

How the mind in the form of images and thoughts and body sensations appears and disappears.

Or you could say is ever changing.

It's an ever changing stream of thoughts and images and sensations in the body that go with the thoughts and images.

Just notice how it's ever changing,

Moving almost like a river.

Notice how the beingness that you are allows it to flow freely.

How it effortlessly welcomes whatever's appearing.

And equally,

Effortlessly welcomes the disappearance.

While remaining as it is,

While remaining itself.

Pure.

Untouched.

Free of agendas.

Free of manipulations.

Free of identification with the passing,

Ever changing river of the mind,

Images,

Stories,

And feelings.

Now allow your attention to be with the beingness itself.

Snake your words,

Everybody,

Ready?

Who knows who.

And notice how sometimes the mind will,

It's almost like the mind will demand attention,

Demand your attention.

It will throw up images,

Stories,

To get your attention.

And allow yourself for a few moments to just not be interested in the displays of the mind,

The demands of the mind,

And for a little bit to be more interested in being,

Just being what you are.

When you're not engaging with the mind's demands,

The mind's displays.

You're not engaging with the mind's demands.

And if you feel the mind demanding for your attention again,

If you notice that,

Usually a little tension will show up in the body at the same time,

And for a few moments allow yourself to just not be interested at all.

Again,

Not forever,

And only as best you can.

Allow yourself to not be interested in what the mind is saying or presenting or imaging.

And to be more interested in consciously experiencing you,

What you are.

Mind free.

Opia free.

Nice.

And again notice any pools from the mind,

Trying to get your attention,

And allow yourself to just not be interested at all.

And this not interested,

It's not pushing the mind away,

It's not pulling.

This is very simply uninterested,

Not interested.

And move back into being,

Just effortlessly being what you are.

And just notice how being,

Just being,

Is so free.

Being.

It doesn't even require space.

The being.

Thank you.

And in a few moments,

I'll invite you to open your eyes.

The invitation is to notice,

As you open your eyes,

Just notice how the being that you are,

That which is aware,

That which experiences,

That which sees,

Notice how when you open,

When you do open your eyes,

It instantly and effortlessly welcomes whatever forms appear prior to any activity of the mind,

Any stories of the mind about what's appearing.

So when you're ready,

Open your eyes and just notice.

Notice how,

As you see what we call physical reality.

Just notice how no stories are necessary in order to experience.

No thoughts are required in order to experience.

No thoughts are required in order to experience.

Notice the body.

And again,

Notice how no thoughts about the body are needed or required in order to experience the body.

Notice how no stories are required in order to experience the body.

And consider the possibility that thoughts are not needed in order to live,

To be,

To experience,

To move,

To do this thing we call being human.

Just consider the possibility that the stories and thoughts just aren't needed.

They're not a requirement.

As in,

We're not dependent on thought.

They're not a requirement.

They're not a requirement.
