This guided meditation invites you to rest into the quiet awareness beneath all doing — the unbroken source that nourishes you moment by moment. Through breath, grounding, and gentle presence, you reconnect with the living current that sustains body, heart, and mind. It’s a reminder that even when you feel empty or uncertain, the deeper flow of life is still here — steady, generous, and infinitely renewing.

Take a moment to feel your foundation,

The cinnabones,

As always.

Getting grounded,

Make sure that your lower back arch is there.

It's really important that you find your spine feels grounded and yet free.

Your chest is open,

Expressing your openness to life.

Your hands rest on your palm,

On your thighs or on your lap.

And there's this quality of openness to the divinity within and around you.

Why do we meditate?

Because we intuitively know that there's a part of us that wants to commune with the greater power,

With magic,

With sacredness.

There's that instinct in every human being to connect with something greater than itself.

So connect with that yearning within your own heart.

You can even think of different moments in your life where that yearning has made you make big sacrifices and changes to have that moment of communion,

Of transformation,

Of awakening.

And feel how that is like a flame alive in your heart.

And God is present always,

Every moment.

And when we sit to meditate,

We remember that.

We remember that magic can happen right here,

Right now,

As I just make myself available to sacredness.

The body is the temple.

And as you breathe in and breathe out,

Become aware of the temple.

In this case,

The temple is alive and it is an expression of this divinity.

So as you connect with the temple,

You're connecting with the power within.

And you're doing a pilgrimage to the most interior part of the temple.

And you do that by becoming aware of yourself.

Becoming aware of your own sense of being.

And from the center of your being,

The body is manifested.

From the center of your being,

Your mind is manifested.

From your vibrational field,

Your world is manifested.

Life happens from within,

And it expresses all around you.

So as you exhale,

Feel that you are the core of your life.

You're actually the core of life.

You're at the center of existence.

And you're softening into that core.

Now to enter the temple,

You've got to let go of who you think you are and what you think you are.

You've got to let go of control,

And you've got to let go of doing.

So you soften yourself.

You relax your jaw and your tongue.

You relax your eyes.

You tell your body to let go.

There is non-doing here.

You surrender to a greater power.

You surrender to life.

You let go of your armor.

You release your garments.

You become naked unto the divine.

Vulnerable unto the divine.

To walk into the temple,

You've got to dissolve all that you think you are.

And simply be.

Feel the breath.

Notice the silent moments between inhalation and exhalation.

Notice those moments of stillness where movement dissolves into stillness.

Know that stillness to be the path.

Let the stillness transform you.

Simply by experiencing it with each breath.

With each subtle pause.

You soften.

You release.

You trust.

Know that you are the stillness.

Beyond the mind.

Beyond the feelings.

Beyond your idea of yourself.

You are the stillness.

From that stillness,

Waves of thought arise.

You notice them.

As they dissolve back into stillness.

You are the ocean.

You are the ocean.

You are the presence.

You are the foundation.

Notice the subtle quality of letting go.

Happening throughout your body.

As you soften into stillness.

As you focus on the stillness.

You guide your awareness into stillness.

Trust the stillness.

Notice there's a pulsation.

The pulsation of life.

You might feel a subtle vibration as you soften.

Into your own being.

This pulsation is the foundation of everything.

It is the power.

Feel the power.

You are that.
