Hello and welcome.
My name is Tina Stinson and I want to thank you for joining me for this quick meditation to help you connect deeper with your intuition.
To begin,
Sit or lie somewhere quiet where you won't be interrupted for a few minutes and begin to settle into your body,
Getting comfortable.
If it feels right,
Close down your eyes.
Place one hand on your heart and one hand on your lower belly and bring your attention to your breath.
Let your breath slow down.
Let your jaw soften.
Let your shoulders drop away from your ears.
Let your mind and body know that you're safe here and now.
We are now going to take a few physiological sighs to help calm the nervous system.
We're going to take a deep breath in through the nose and then immediately after another quick breath in through the nose.
Then we will release the breath through the mouth as if we are blowing out a candle.
Let's get started.
Deep breath in through the nose and again and then release through the mouth,
Allowing yourself to go into a deep sense of relaxation.
Now I want you to visualize a glowing light coming into your heart center and expanding into your whole body,
Your belly,
Your chest,
Your arms,
Your legs,
Your arms,
Your legs.
It's warm,
It's ancient,
And it's soft.
This is your inner knowing,
Your inner wisdom.
It has no urgency,
No rules,
Just truth.
I want you to ask silently,
What do I need to know right now?
How does my body want me to move forward?
And what does this deeper connection with myself need to tell me now?
Let the answers rise as feelings,
Words,
Colors,
Or sensations.
Don't force,
Just allow.
Deep breath in through the nose and exhale through the mouth.
Feel yourself anchored here,
Now,
Safe to trust yourself again.
Before we leave this meditation,
I want you to whisper to yourself,
I am home with myself.
I trust the way I feel and I lead from within.
Begin to open your eyes slowly and be sure to journal any messages that came through during this meditation and return to it as often as needed for guidance.
Namaste.
