Hello and welcome.
My name is Tina and I wanna thank you for joining me for this guided meditation.
Let's get into a comfortable position and when you're ready,
Close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in through your nose and just let it out slowly through your mouth.
Keep taking these deep breaths and let your shoulders drop away from your ears.
Let your jaw drop open and release all tension.
Let your hands soften.
Let your body take a little break from bracing and being active and allow yourself to relax into your seat and let the surface support you.
Right now,
You don't need to make any major decisions.
This meditation is simply about reconnecting to your inner bravery,
The quiet,
Steady kind.
Bring your awareness to your heart space,
Not the physical heart,
But the energetic space.
That place inside you that knows when something needs to change,
Even before your mind is ready to admit it.
Just notice the subtle sensations there.
Maybe you feel warmth or pressure,
Tightness or openness.
Whatever you feel is perfect.
Now imagine a small spark in that space,
A tiny point of light,
Nothing loud,
Nothing overwhelming,
Just a start,
A beginning.
This spark represents your next step,
The smallest possible action that moves you forward.
Let that spark glow a little bit brighter as you breathe in and stay steady as you breathe out.
Now imagine yourself standing at the edge of your comfort zone,
Not a cliff,
Just a soft boundary,
A familiar circle that you've outgrown.
Feel your feet on the ground.
Feel the support beneath you.
Now notice a tiny opening at the edge of the circle,
Not a door,
But just like a softening of the border.
That space is your next step.
It's not a whole life overhaul,
It's just one small movement.
Take a slow breath in and imagine yourself taking one small step forward,
Not pushing,
Not forcing,
Just leaning in.
And as you breathe out,
I want you to whisper to yourself,
One small step is enough.
Let the meaning of that settle into your mind and into your nervous system.
And let your body understand that change doesn't have to be dramatic to be real or big and overwhelming.
Now bring your attention to that space where you took that small step and notice how it widens just a little,
Enough for you to pass through when you're ready.
You don't have to step all the way through today.
You just have to acknowledge the possibility,
The readiness,
The momentum you can feel building inside of you.
Take a final slow breath in.
And as you exhale,
Repeat to yourself,
I can stretch without snapping.
Feel your whole body soften around that truth.
When you're ready,
Begin to bring your awareness back into your body,
Into the room that you're sitting in,
Back to your breath,
Back to the ground beneath you.
And when you're ready,
Open your eyes.
And remember,
As you move into your day,
Know that you're already moving forward.
Namaste.
