I have been putting people in ice baths all over the world for 8 years now. I am guiding you for 2 minutes in the ice bath with this recording. Optionally you can take a head dip towards the end. Put this on just before you go in the ice bath. It's all about slowing down your breathing!

This is a two-minute ice bath with at the end a head dip.

So take a deep breath in breathe out Breathe in and while breathing out step into the ice bath and sit down.

Go ahead I know how it feels.

I know this is intense.

Maybe your breath is a little bit higher in the chest Try to slow it down.

If you find that hard Breathe with me now.

Deep in hold Breathe out slowly I'm gonna do this three times in deep hold And breathe out even slower One more time breathe in Hold And breathe out and while breathing out sink deeper into the ice bath.

Put your shoulders under Your chest under,

Your hands on your thighs And again slow it down Take a deep breath in hold And out even slower Right now Almost there Take a deep breath in,

Grab your nose and sink with your head in the water Go ahead in deep,

Hold,

Grab your nose and go under All right,

Great head dip.

Amazing!

Before you get out slow down your breathing first again And now this is two minutes and you did an amazing job So you can come out now and I wish you an amazing rest of the day Bye-bye
