Welcome to this guided breathwork session for cultivating more courage.

You can use this practice whenever you are facing a situation that requires some extra courage or whenever you want to breathe with the intention of cultivating more courage in your life.

There will be three rounds in this session.

The first round will be in a 2-2 rhythm and the last two rounds will be in a 1-1 rhythm.

Both rhythms will be in the nose and out the mouth.

Make yourself comfortable and let's dive right into it.

Take a deep breath in Release.

Keep it going.

That's it.

The breath moves and flows with ease.

Breathe in to your intention of cultivating more courage in your life.

If you are currently holding any fear or anxiety around a certain situation for this moment,

Don't try to push it away.

Trust the breath and helping you alchemize those feelings rather than suppressing them.

Helping you access the courage you need to move forward.

Just a few more breaths here.

Now take a deep breath in.

Hold and let it all go.

Follow your release into your first breath hold.

Feel that release and simply let go.

Okay,

Take a deep breath in.

Hold your breath at the top.

And get ready for a big exhale in three,

Two,

One.

Let it go.

Take a few moments to catch your breath again and let's get ready for the next round.

We're gonna double the speed and breathe in a 1-1 rhythm.

Let's begin.

I'll take a deep breath in.

Release.

Each breath is one step in the right direction.

One step closer to where you want to go.

Just a few more breaths here.

I'll take a deep breath in.

Hold your breath and release.

And hold at the bottom.

Almost there.

Holding just a little longer.

Now take a deep breath in.

Holding your breath at the top.

Letting go in three,

Getting ready for the final round.

Going back into a 1-1 rhythm.

You never know what's gonna come up during a breath break session.

That's why it takes a lot of courage.

So lean into that courage and keep breathing.

We're almost there.

Just a few more so get ready for a big inhalation.

All right deep breath in.

Hold for a couple of seconds here and let it go.

One final out-breath hold here.

Lose yourself in this hold so that you can find the part of you that is innately courageous.

The part of you that is ready to take on whatever lies ahead.

This is who you truly are behind the layers of conditioning.

And now bring it all in.

Holding your breath.

Feel that energy of courage fill your entire body.

Allow it to build as you hold your breath.

In three,

Two,

One.

Let it go.

Relax your breath and return to natural breathing.

Rest here and enjoy.

Take as much time as you need here.

Carry any feelings of courage that you cultivated here with you throughout your day or to any situation where the courage may be needed.

Thank you so much for breathing along with me.

Until next time,

Much love.
