Welcome in.

In this session,

We have four rounds and we'll be starting with breath of fire,

A sharp exhalation out of the nose,

Followed by a passive inhale through the nose.

We'll move into a connected breath in the nose and out the mouth.

And finally finish off with Bhastrika,

A rapid connected breath in and out of the nose.

So make yourself comfortable.

And let's begin in three,

Two,

One.

Now breath of fire,

Double speed.

Here we go.

Now let's move to a connected breath.

Connected breath,

Double speed.

Speed in and out of the nose.

Let's go.

And let it all go.

Holding here at the top of your inhale.

Now release your breath.

And let's begin in three,

Now let's move to a connected breath.

Just a few more.

Now take a deep breath in.

Holding here at the top of your inhale.

Now release your breath.

And let's begin in three,
