All right,

Welcome in and thank you so much for being here.

It's breathing time so make yourself comfortable.

Settle into your space and close down your eyes.

We'll begin in a two-two rhythm.

Breathing in the nose,

Releasing out the mouth.

So release all the air from your lungs.

And here we go.

That's it.

Feel the rhythm of the music.

Breathe to the rhythm and allow a sense of joy to start to flow into and throughout your body.

Let's keep it going.

Now can you guess what time it is?

That's right,

It's time to double the speed.

Here we go.

Now take a full breath in.

Hold.

Pause your breath here.

Meditate.

Just a few more seconds.

Take a deep breath in.

Hold it here.

Now release your breath.

Let's get ready for round two.

So release all the air from your lungs.

And here we go.

In-two,

Out-two,

In-two,

Out-two.

It's time to double the speed.

Here we go.

Pause your breath here.

Continue to journey into joy.

Journey into joy.

Just a few more seconds.

Take a deep breath in.

Now release your breath.

Taking a moment,

Getting ready for our final round.

In-two,

Out-two,

In-two,

Out-two.

It's time to double the speed.

Here we go.

Get ready for a big inhale.

Pause your breath here.

Now take a deep breath in.

Deep breath in.

Hold it here.

Now release your breath.

Another breath in.

And now a slow exhale out your mouth.

In-two,

Out-two,

Out-two,

Out-two.

It's time to allow your breath to slow down and enjoy all the good feelings and positive sensations.

Thank you once again for breathing along today.

Until next time,

Breathe well.
