Welcome to the Gratitude Generator.

In this session we will combine gratitude practice with breath work to create one powerful experience.

We will breathe in a gentle 4-4 rhythm in the nose and out the mouth.

Make yourself comfortable in a seated position or lie down on your back.

Let's get ready to breathe in a rhythm by releasing all the air from the lungs.

And as you continue to breathe,

Tune in to the blessing that is the breath.

Beginning to feel so grateful for each inhale and each exhale.

Feeling the gratitude for the fresh oxygen and the vital life force energy moving in and out of your body.

Giving thanks to it as it floods your cells.

And as you continue to give thanks to your breath,

The breath reciprocates that appreciation by helping you feel so vibrant and so alive.

And as you continue to give thanks to your breath,

The breath reciprocates that appreciation by helping you feel so vibrant and so alive.

Only a few more breaths here.

Now fully inhale.

Hold.

Now release.

And hold.

Coming back to those feelings of gratitude.

Feeling so grateful for this ability to pause and to come into deep stillness.

And this ability to slow down.

Embrace it all.

And now take a deep breath in.

Holding it here at the top.

And as you hold,

Send these feelings of gratitude from the root of your body up your spine to the crown of your head.

Allow these feelings to surround your entire body.

And let it go.

Returning back to your natural breath as we get ready to begin round two.

Releasing all the air from your lungs.

Here we go.

And now bring to mind someone in your life that you have deep appreciation for.

Maybe visualizing the things that they do or say that make you feel so grateful to have them in your life.

Allow the gratitude to continue to spread.

Now take a deep breath in.

Hold at the top.

Release all the air from your lungs.

Hold your breath.

Coming back to this person that you feel really grateful for.

Allow the gratitude to flow out from your heart space until it reaches this person so that they can feel how much you appreciate them.

Getting ready to take a deep breath in.

Now breathe it all in.

Hold your breath at the top and feel your hearts connected.

That mutual appreciation reciprocated between the two of you.

And when you're ready,

Release your breath.

Returning to your natural breath.

Bringing your energy back to yourself and back to your own heart.

Feeling the beautiful energy of gratitude flowing through you.

It swims and dances as your breath begins to slow down.

And you come into a deep state of peace knowing that you are the generator of these feelings.

And that they are here for you whenever you need them.

Take a couple minutes to just be with it all.

Thank you so much for breathing with me.

For being alive and spreading your energy and gratitude into the world.

Until next time,

Much love and breathe well.

You have become almost a daily listen for us. The best part about your breathwork is how you let the music guide us, it really heightens the experience. Namaste πŸ™πŸ½πŸ«ΆπŸ½

It's my 34 birthday and this meditation really made me realize what I was so thankful to have. Something I saw so small and guaranteed is really the biggest thing in my life. So thank you for the longest happy crying session I've ever had.
