Transcript

It's time for a rapid recharge.

Two quick rounds of all mouth breathing,

With top holds at the end of each round.

Find a comfortable seated position and let's get ready to fuel the body with energy.

Connected breath all through the mouth in three,

Two,

One,

In,

Out,

In,

Out.

Breathe it in through the mouth and let it go out the mouth.

Bring in that vital energy and create more space with each exhale.

Double the speed in three,

Two,

One,

In.

Waking everything up,

Recharging the body,

Refueling the body.

Keep it going.

Just a few more.

Deep breath in.

Top hold,

25 seconds.

The energy moves from your lower body up to the crown of your head,

Fueling your entire body.

Three,

Two,

One,

Let it go.

Another one.

And let's go right back into double speed.

Three,

Two,

One,

In,

Out.

Finishing off here by doubling the speed once again.

Here we go.

In,

Out,

In,

Out,

In,

Out,

In.

Getting ready,

Almost there.

Deep breath in.

Top hold,

25 seconds.

The energy moves from your lower body up to the crown of your head,

Fueling your entire body.

Three,

Two,

One,

Let it go.

Return to your natural breath.

Take a minute here to sit with all of the energy you just cultivated for yourself.

Take this energy to fuel whatever is coming up next in your day.

Thank you so much for breathing along.

And until next time,

Breathe well.
