In this guided meditation, you'll discover the strength you already possess within. Through gentle breathwork and mindful awareness, you'll learn to turn toward the difficult emotions and experiences that are calling for your attention—not to grasp them tightly, but to listen with compassion. This practice invites you to befriend your imperfections, sit with discomfort, and touch what it feels like to be truly free. You'll explore how your messy, beautiful, authentic self is not something to hide from, but the source of your unique power and creativity. When you believe in yourself, everything you create and touch changes. The conversations, the art, the connections—all of it flows from a deeper place of love and abundance. This meditation will guide you back to your breath, back to this moment, and back to the truth: you are capable of doing hard things. You are stronger than you believe. The world needs you to share your gifts.

You are stronger than you believe.

You are capable of doing hard things.

This is a practice of believing in yourself.

Take a moment to get situated in a comfortable seated position.

Try to have your back upright yet relaxed.

Your feet rooted and grounded.

You can look around and slowly take in the space around you.

And when you're ready,

Gently close your eyes.

Notice your breath,

The slow rise in and the slow fade out.

When you're breathing,

How does this feel in your body?

Notice any sensations in your body,

Any tension.

Just notice.

Come back to noticing your breath,

In and out.

Keep breathing at your own pace.

What you turn away from is the exact thing you need to turn toward.

A difficult conversation,

A memory,

A loss.

These are doubts,

Pain,

Suffering.

These are calling to you,

They want to be listened to.

Not to be held too tight,

Not to be grasped,

But listened to.

You can hold them gently.

You can practice holding them for different lengths of time.

Then you can let them go.

By coming back to your breath,

You come back to this moment.

And when you're here,

This is when you start to believe.

I can do hard things.

I can be with difficult emotions.

I can turn toward discomfort.

I can be strong.

When you come back to your breath,

You come back to this moment.

We are scared of ourselves.

We're afraid people will see who we really are,

Who we've made ourselves to be.

The messy parts,

The wrong parts,

The ugly parts.

The truth is,

This is not that scary.

The imperfections are your truth.

They're what make you unique and beautiful.

When you can sit with these emotions and become friends with yourself,

There's a softening,

A lightness.

You touch what it feels like to be free.

This is experiencing life fully.

This is experiencing life unfiltered.

You'll move through life touching difficult moments and joyful ones.

And each time,

When you want to ground yourself,

You notice your breath.

In.

What you create moving forward is different when you believe in yourself.

The conversations you create,

The art,

The music,

The dance,

Everything you touch is different.

But when you believe in yourself,

You tap into the source of love and abundance.

Let this guide you.

Let this ground you.

Let this be a way of living.

The world needs you to believe,

To share your gifts,

And be open to give and to receive.

Pause into this moment and just feel into your body.

Just feel.

Just feel.

Whisper to yourself,

I believe.

I believe I'm capable of doing hard things.

I believe I am strong.

I believe in myself.

Gently start to come back.

Slowly moving your hands,

Your fingers,

Can lightly stretch.

I want to commend you for this practice,

For choosing this time for yourself.

This work is hard,

And you're doing it.

It's an honor to be here with you.

Namaste.

I needed to hear this, this morning. This was both soothing and uplifting, without feelinf like false positivity. It felt real and grounding. Thank you.
