In today's shot of confidence,

Let's talk about being a hermit.

Let's have a conversation about being okay with being on our own.

Being alone.

When we give ourselves permission to fall into our own inwards world,

To seek solitude,

To get quiet with our body,

It's important work.

That work helps us to really listen in,

Pay attention to what's important to us.

Oftentimes we're pulling so many different directions of what the world needs from us.

But we can't give from a place of we're constantly giving if we've never replenished,

We've never recharged.

Recharging is an important practice.

Because giving yourself permission to recharge is an act of self-care.

Because when you're at your best,

You're fully charged up and you can give from a place of overflow.

So I want you just to close your eyes and I want you to put your hands,

Your left hand specifically,

Just over your heart.

Your right hand on your stomach.

And I want you just to imagine yourself in a space.

Space is nature.

It's just calming,

Relaxing and no one needs anything from you.

No one's asking you for anything.

This is your time.

And it's almost as if nature is giving you that extra charge.

That power.

And every time you put your hands on your stomach and on your chest and you're feeling your whole body,

You're compassionately giving yourself a recharge.

I give myself permission to recharge.

You're smiling,

Knowing that this time is needed.

Because I give myself permission to recharge.

You realise how unique,

Gifted and how individual you are.

And how much of that is a beautiful thing because you give yourself permission to recharge.

You connect with yourself and realise just how much knowledge you've gained from being in the right environments and cutting out things that don't serve you because you gave yourself permission to recharge.

I give myself permission to recharge.

I give myself permission to recharge.

It was Carl Jung that said,

No other way is like yours.

And you must fulfil the way that is in you.

And that's what happens when you give yourself permission to recharge.

So in that space of nature,

You and nature are connected,

You and nature are one.

There is no separation.

And that's the beauty of giving yourself permission to recharge.

Come back into the room.

Because today is going to be a day where you're fully recharged.

And you can give it from a place of overflow.
