Let's do a breathing exercise.

In this practice,

We are going to make a bubble with our hands as we breathe.

Sit upright in a comfortable position.

Place your hands together so your palms are touching.

You are going to breathe in through your nose,

And as you breathe,

Move your hands apart.

Imagine your breath is making a big bubble in between your hands.

Then you will breathe out slowly through your mouth,

And move your hands back together as you breathe.

Let's practice this together.

Bring your palms together.

Breathe in through your nose,

Slowly moving your hands apart,

As if you were making an air bubble.

And breathe out slowly through your mouth,

Moving your hands back together and making the bubble smaller.

Breathe in,

Making the bubble grow with your hands.

And breathe out,

Making the bubble smaller with your hands.

Breathe in as the bubble expands.

And breathe out as the bubble decreases.

Breathe in as the bubble expands.

And breathe out as the bubble decreases.

Good work.
