With each natural and automatic breath,

Allow the energy of the earth to pulse through your feet to support your natural healing and restoration.
Focus on the rhythm of the ocean waves,
Imagining them gathering strength far out at sea,
Then rolling steadily toward you.
As each wave reaches the shore and retreats,
Synchronize your breathing with this cycle.
Inhale as the wave builds and exhale as it washes over the sand,
Soothing and renewing the landscape.
Let this rhythm guide you deeper into tranquility.
As you continue to breathe in rhythm with the waves,
Bring your attention to the sensations in your body.
Feel the gentle rise and fall of your chest,
The soothing touch of the air on your skin,
And the subtle movements of your muscles as you inhale and exhale.

Letting go of any distractions or lingering thoughts.

Visualize a warm,
