In this session to release attachments and drastically lower suffering and anxiety, we'll get comfortable and relaxed, do some deep breathing, and then rotate awareness to different attachments. We'll cover attachment to the body, mind, thoughts, stories, sensations, situations and people, and end by allowing the natural feeling of deep inner centeredness, peace and satisfaction to arise in the absence of attachment.
