Hey,
It's Cyrus.
Welcome to this inner canvas technique meditation.
It's a super simple,
Fast,
Easy technique you can use anytime that's totally natural to you as a human being and you can use it to completely rewrite your reality once you understand how to do it.
Take a moment now to pick something that you want to work on with your inner canvas.
This is something that's holding you back from being the most free,
Vibrant version of yourself.
This could be something that's on the top of your mind right now that's been bothering you or it could be a long standing pattern or limiting belief.
Pause the track for a moment if you need to think about it.
And when you have it,
Go ahead and close your eyes and take a slow,
Deep,
Deliberate breath in through your nose.
And as you exhale slowly through your mouth,
Allow your body to decompress.
Allow your muscles to start to melt and soften effortlessly.
Take one slower,
Deeper breath in through the nose and fill up the whole body with the breath.
And breathe out through the mouth even slower,
Letting everything decompress and relax.
And within your mind's eye now,
Imagine you see a large canvas for you to paint and write on.
This canvas is the physical embodiment of your mind's screen that you're normally projecting things onto all day long,
Maybe without even realizing it,
But in this moment you are conscious of your canvas.
And start to imagine now a single sentence that encapsulates the pattern,
Belief,
Or thing that's bothering you that you wish to work on.
And imagine that sentence being written across your mental canvas now.
And now around that,
Begin to paint an image that accompanies that sentence,
Something that encapsulates this sentiment that you've chosen to work on visually.
It could be a lifelike photograph,
It could be an abstract painting,
But just follow your intuition and imagination and watch that be unfurled visually upon your canvas now.
And now that you have your sentence and your image,
Just stand back and look at your mental canvas for a moment without judgment.
The key is to do this without judgment.
Just look without judgment as if you were noticing someone else's work of art.
Notice the feeling in your body that this sentence and image upon your canvas creates,
And simply allow the feeling to flow through your body in this moment as you notice it.
And as you allow that feeling in the body to flow through in the background,
Simply continue to look at your image and your sentence on your canvas.
And as you do,
Begin to imagine that sentence and that image becoming more translucent and porous,
Almost like it's dissolving and melting a little bit at a time.
As if your attention is like a magnifying glass on a hot summer's day,
The sun flowing through it and dissolving what's on your canvas a little bit more each moment you simply look.
And truly let go of control or judgment over what you notice in your body and what's on your canvas.
Start to let it flow through you like a wave.
And imagine what's on the canvas now evaporating into puffs of smoke or whatever allows you to let it go so that the canvas truly becomes blanker and blanker as you release its contents into the space around you.
Anything you notice in the body that's still lingering,
Allow yourself to breathe and allow yourself to let it go and evaporate as well into the space.
And now be aware of the spacious potential,
The empty open space that surrounds you and the blank canvas.
Allow yourself to feel the potent electricity of that as if it's the calm before the storm of something new being born.
And simply ask yourself in this space of open creativity what you would like to replace the old sentence with.
Perhaps it's something neutral as a stepping stone into your ideal reality and self or perhaps it's something fully empowering and positive.
Whatever feels authentic to you,
Take a moment to contemplate and then write your new sentence on your inner canvas.
Notice how those words make you feel in your body as you breathe them in for a moment.
And now begin to ask yourself what new image,
Picture,
Or painting do I want to draw around those words to complement that sentence,
To reinforce those words on a deep metaphorical level.
Allow your mind to run wild and then paint away.
Once you're done painting,
Step back and begin to look at the new sentence and image that surrounds it.
Notice the colors,
The dimensions of it,
The textures,
And breathe in those subtle details on a deep visceral level.
Notice the feelings and vibes that flow through you as you simply look at your canvas and allow those energies to run through your energy body in this moment with the breath.
Notice how this is a creation that you conjured in the space of your own free will and notice how you don't have to be attached to it because you simply created it from a place of space and choice.
And allow yourself a moment now to visualize the implications of this new sentence,
Image,
And choice in your day-to-day life.
See how what you are holding in mind will play out in your reality.
And notice how this inner canvas is your birthright.
It's what's happening within your consciousness.
There's images and sentences that flow through,
Often unnoticed and unchecked.
But notice all you have to do is take a moment to gently concentrate on them until they dissolve,
If they're not to your liking.
That the holding of attention on the sentences,
Images,
And feelings allow them to dissolve with your conscious observation.
And in the space you open up you can simply create whatever you wish in a conscious way.
So feel free to repeat this track or this process in your own intuitive way more and more and notice the wondrous effects that open up within your life.
When you feel ready,
If you haven't already,
Go ahead and open your eyes and gently return to your day at your own pace.
Noticing and embracing the subtle shifts in perception and feeling that float through you as you embrace the power of your inner canvas.
Feel free to share this track with anyone you think it might be useful to.
And I hope you have a creative,
Brilliant day.
