Welcome to remembering your true self.

This meditation will take you on a journey back into connection with the truest most expanded version of you which is also your soul.

Your true self is your constant.

It is the you who remains beyond the physical.

It is also your base frequency and your greatest healer.

In this meditation we will reconnect you to this frequency in yourself and create a sync between your conscious mind and your eternal self.

There is no right or wrong way to connect to yourself.

Trust whatever comes forward.

There is a wisdom in you which is unparalleled.

Let's begin.

Check in with your body to find a comfortable position.

Trust how that shows up for you today.

Begin to bring awareness to your breath.

Feeling it like a gentle wave rolling in and out of your body.

And if you haven't already,

Begin to close your eyes.

Moving your awareness inward.

Feeling your bones.

They are the skeletal structure which supports you.

Your bones hold your shape.

The shape of you.

They hold wisdom and wounds.

Both integral aspects of who you are and the shape you take.

Let's take three cleansing breaths together.

Inhale through the nose.

Exhale through the mouth.

Again.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Beautiful.

Find a gentle flow of breath.

Being very present with the sensation of air entering your body and leaving your body.

Presence.

All the experiences you are currently having.

Relax your jaw.

As you do this,

Your tongue naturally floats away from the roof of your mouth.

Giving your third eye some space to activate your inner sight.

Moving deeper now,

Tune your attention inward into your bones.

Starting with the bones of your hand.

Then begin to trace your awareness up your arms.

Past your elbows into the bones in your shoulder.

Then become aware of the bones in your spine.

The vertebrae stacking bone on bone to hold you upright.

If movement is calling to you,

You may move.

Trusting your body is of utmost importance.

Breathe.

Breathing into the structural support of your spine.

Now,

Begin to imagine a column of light along your spinal column.

Trust how this shows up today.

Interact with the column of light using your physical senses.

What do you see?

Is there any colors?

Texture?

How does it feel?

Any sound?

Taste?

Smell?

Associated with this region of your body?

Trust what's here.

Breathe and stay with this column of light.

It is your true self in energy form.

You can trust the form it is taking right now.

There is wisdom in its current shape.

There is no right or wrong.

Stay with yourself.

Breathe.

Very gently begin to move your inward awareness up to your third eye.

Feeling the space behind your forehead activate.

Awaken your soul's eyes.

You have clear sight.

There is no need to search.

You can see.

Ask.

Third eye call forward a memory of a time when you felt the most yourself.

Interact with what comes forward.

Immerse yourself in your memory.

It is energy.

Breathe.

Bring the memory deeper into your body.

How did your body feel during this memory when you felt the most yourself?

Any emotions are welcome.

All your experiences are divine.

Begin to invite your physical senses to this memory and interact with your environment through your senses.

Discovering who you are.

Be with yourself.

One minute will pass with just you holding you,

Remembering you.

Filled up with you.

From here we are going to take some time to set an intention to take an aspect of yourself from this memory with you.

What part of you are you needing right now?

How can you take this part of you with you in a practical way?

What will help you remember this you when you feel the most yourself?

We are going to gently come out of this memory in this moment and come back into your current environment,

Your current moment.

Take a deep breath.

Let it go.

Another deep breath and feel the texture of your breath.

How does the air feel around you right now?

Move your mouth.

Make a sound.

Feel the moisture in your mouth.

Check in with your nervous system.

How is your heart rate?

How are your nerves?

Notice any physical needs that your body is having right now.

Begin to wiggle your toes.

Feeling your feet.

Wiggle your hands and your fingers.

Stretch your body in any way that feels good.

Gently open your eyes.

Come back to your current environment.

Anything came up for you here.

It can be processed.

It can be looked at.

If you have any questions,

Reach out to me.

I hope you have a lovely day and take a piece of you with you wherever you go.
