Welcome to day 7 of this 10-day gratitude challenge, where together, in less than 10 minutes a day, we are solidifying our meditation practice (even amidst our busy and unpredictable lives). It’s so easy to move through our days in a trance of unworthiness, telling ourselves we will accept ourselves, like ourselves when we are more. More fit, slim, successful, or interesting. When we are more confident, patient, or brave. This trance skews our vision and makes it difficult for us to see all the ways we are already enough.
