I invite you all to settle back,
Find a comfortable position,
Whether you're lying down on a mat or on your bed or reclining in a chair,
And if it's available to you here,
Gently close your eyes.
Let's all begin by taking in a nice deep breath in through the nose,
Holding it at the top,
And letting it all go in a nice long exhale.
If any thoughts or feelings come up,
Just notice them and return to the breath.
Breathing in through the nose,
Breathing out through the nose in a nice long exhale.
If you start to notice thoughts,
Just know they're just thoughts and they begin to lose their power when you notice them and witness them,
And just watch them float away.
Breathing in peace here in through the nose,
Breathing out stress on the exhale,
Letting go of worry and reminding yourself of everything that can go right instead of wrong.
Trust that all will be well,
All will be good in this moment right now,
All is well.
Breathing in love,
Taking a nice deep inhale here,
And breathing out fear.
Wishing that all beings everywhere feel this sense of peace,
Calm,
And love.
Whenever you're ready,
Gently open your eyes,
Wiggle your fingers and toes,
Stretch,
Yawn,
And smile,
And thank yourself for giving yourself this time to practice this meditation.
