Taking a deep breath in and settling into whatever space you're in right now.
And allowing your mind to focus on your breath.
So the feeling of your breath coming into your body,
In through your nostrils,
Filling up your chest,
Filling up your lungs.
And then the sensation of releasing that breath.
Noticing where you feel that in your body and allowing yourself to let it go.
Wherever you are,
Just focus on your breath.
Focus on the feeling of bringing in breath into your body.
What it feels like to fill up inside your body.
And then the sensation of allowing it to leave.
This coming in and this letting go.
This having and this releasing.
We're doing it all day long with our breath involuntary.
We're not even aware of it.
We do it in every area of our lives.
Whether we like it or not or whether we're willing to go there or not,
There is constant change in our day-to-day lives.
And our breath can remind us that it's normal.
That it can be easy and natural if we allow it to be.
That maybe everything is happening right on time and with purpose and intention.
When we allow ourselves to let go of all of the areas and all of the places that we try to control,
Manipulate and hold on tightly to.
We actually get to truly release and truly let go.
And when we do that,
This is what allows for transformation.
Because transformation happens at the level of energy and frequency and vibration.
And when we stop holding on too tightly,
When we stop gripping,
We're able to shift our energy.
We're able to make room to receive.
Keep breathing and keep focusing on that sensation.
That feeling up on the inhale and the letting go on the exhale.
Every single person,
Every event in your life,
Every interaction you have is a mirror and is reflecting something back to you.
And meditation is a beautiful place to get curious about those learnings and what are we seeing and what's being reflected back to us and why.
And without judgment,
Start to unpack what that could mean for us.
What learning is there for us?
What piece of responsibility is there for us to take?
Taking a deep breath in and sighing it out through your mouth.
Really letting go.
Remembering that true transformation happens at the level of energy,
Frequency and vibration.
