Hello and welcome.

Today I invite you to join me in a healing session.

Before we start,

I would like to emphasize that all healing is self-healing.

My role as a healer is to guide you and to facilitate for you to connect to your own inner wisdom,

Your own healing power that's already within you.

For this session,

I would like to invite you to find a comfortable place where you can lie or sit undisturbed and to set your intent to be open to receive whatever it is that you need in this moment in time.

And to set your intent to heal yourself.

Bring your awareness to the breathing.

On the in-breath feel the chest rising,

The belly expanding.

On the out-breath feel the belly contracting,

The chest falling.

On the in-breath feel the air flowing in through your nose,

Through your throat,

Your chest,

Your torso,

Down into your belly,

Into your hara,

Your center.

In this each breath,

Allow your mind to awareness to follow the breath down into your hara.

Allow yourself to drop into your body,

To be here now.

Any thoughts arise or there's any distractions,

Acknowledge them.

And let them go by bringing your awareness back to the breathing.

Now become aware that you're breathing in energy.

You may experience the energy as warmth or light or life breath.

Whatever way the energy manifests for you,

Each breath,

Feel the energy flowing into your hara,

Expanding throughout your whole body.

On the out-breath,

Allow the energy to expand beyond your physical body to your surroundings.

Reading in into your hara,

Expanding throughout the body.

On the reading out,

Feel the energy expanding out in all directions,

Further and further out into the universe.

In this each breath,

Allow your mind and your awareness to follow the energy into the hara,

Expanding throughout the body,

Expanding out into the universe.

If the mind wanders,

Gently bring your awareness back to the breath.

Now staying in this grounded,

Expanded space,

Without any judgment or analyzing.

Letting yourself to be aware of whatever you're sensing,

Whatever's present.

Notice what you're sensing physically,

Emotionally,

Mentally.

And energetically,

Allow whatever arises,

Whatever's present to be as it is.

And in this space,

Say to yourself,

I'm open to receive whatever I need in this moment in time.

And I set my intent to heal myself.

Reading into the hara,

Feel the energy flowing with the breath down into the hara.

Feel it expanding throughout your whole body.

And without any judgment or desire,

See if you can sense your inner wisdom.

If there's anything you need in this moment in time,

If you feel your hands drawn to any part of your body,

You can place them on or just off the body,

Wherever you feel drawn to.

Or if you feel called to focus on the energy flowing through your body,

Unleash your awareness with the breath.

Notice where the energy wants to flow.

Just allow it to happen.

If your hands are not drawn anywhere and you don't feel the energy needing to flow anywhere in particular,

Simply stay in that space of breathing energy into the hara,

Allowing it to expand throughout your body and the eyes,

Allowing yourself to be open to receive what you need.

If you notice the mind wandering or the mind wanting to steer where the energy should go,

Breathe into the hara,

Connecting to that inner wisdom.

See if you can allow yourself to be open to receive whatever you need.

Allow your hands to move if they want to move.

Allow the energy to flow where it wants to go.

Allowing yourself to be fully present without judgment.

Allowing yourself to be fully present without judgment.

Breathing into the hara,

Allowing your mind's awareness to follow the breath.

Breathing into the hara,

Allowing your mind to move.

Allowing your mind to move.

Allowing your hands to move if you feel wrong to place them anywhere on or off the body.

Allowing the energy to flow.

Breathing into the hara.

Maybe notice the mind wandering or worrying.

Bring your attention back to being open to receive.

Allowing whatever arises to be as it is.

Trusting that whatever way it manifests for you,

Whatever arises,

Whatever is present,

You can heal yourself in this moment.

Trusting your inner wisdom and the wisdom of the universe.

There's nothing you have to do except being open to receive whatever you need.

Allowing yourself to be fully present without judgment.

Breathing into the hara.

Allowing your mind to follow the breath.

Allowing yourself to be aware of whatever you're sensing,

Whatever is present.

Let's see if anything arises of what you need.

Everything you can give yourself,

Whether it be looking after yourself to take more rest or bringing yourself compassion or kindness.

Allowing yourself to be open to receive.

Let your intent to make space and time to give yourself what you need.

Breathing into the hara.

Allowing your mind's awareness to follow the breath.

Allow yourself to stay grounded,

Centered and expand into this space for a few more moments.

Nothing to do.

Nowhere to go.

Simply be here now.
