Please find a comfortable place where you can sit or lie down now for the next 10 minutes or so.

Make sure that you're warm enough and that you are completely physically comfortable.

Light a candle if you have one.

You can get out some lavender oil.

Put up the Do Not Disturb sign and let's begin.

Let's start with mindfully breathing into a full body relaxation.

Start by taking a nice,

Long,

Deep inhalation in through your nose and a long,

Deep exhalation out through your nose.

Continue breathing deeply and with every inhalation,

Please visualize peaceful,

Positive energy that's all around you.

And with every exhalation,

Visualize that you're releasing anything that no longer serves your greatest good.

You're inhaling courage and strength.

You're exhaling fear and exhaustion.

Allow yourself to breathe in full,

Expansive,

Full potential,

The infinite possibilities of your beautiful,

One-of-a-kind life.

And now I want you to visualize or imagine a beautiful,

Amethyst light coming in through the crown chakra at the top of your head,

Moving from above to below.

Imagine that every part of your body that this light touches instantly and completely relaxes.

Feel that light moving down behind your eyes,

Relaxing the muscles around your eyes,

Moving into your jaw muscles,

Releasing.

Feel the warmth of that light moving into your neck muscles and down your trapezoid muscles to your shoulders,

Releasing the muscles of your biceps and your triceps,

Moving down to your elbows,

Your forearms,

Your wrists,

All the way down to your hands and your fingers.

Feel that light moving into the back of your body,

Relaxing your upper back,

Releasing your middle back,

Relaxing your lower back and your buttocks.

Allow your back to simply melt into the chair or the couch or the bed,

Totally and completely relaxed.

Feel this light moving to the front of your body,

Releasing the big muscles of your chest,

Of your pecs moving down your side body,

Releasing your obliques.

See this beautiful amethyst light pouring into your entire torso,

Illuminating all of your internal organs as well,

Detoxifying and relaxing.

See and feel this light moving into your hips,

Relaxing the big muscles of your thighs,

Your hamstrings,

Your knees,

Your shins,

Your calves,

Moving all the way down to your ankles,

Your feet and your toes.

Now I want you to see this amethyst light encircling the outside of your body as well,

So just allow yourself to float in a cocoon or a halo of this beautiful,

Protective,

Healing light,

This relaxing light,

Knowing that no harm can come through this light,

Only goodness,

Only positive loving energy.

And now that you're relaxed from the top of your head to the tips of your toes,

It's easy for you to visualize with perfect clarity.

I want you to see yourself in your daily life,

Interacting at home,

At work,

Interacting with the difficult people and easy people.

Watch yourself interacting in conversations.

Bring to mind your dynamics with the more difficult people.

Are there relationships that you have where you regularly end up feeling blindsided or manipulated or bullied?

These are the relationships that leave you feeling like you wish you had said or done something differently,

But you just couldn't at the time.

We all have difficult people in our lives,

But there is a way that we can be more prepared.

So imagine yourself actually prepared to interact with these particular people.

See yourself calm,

Smiling,

Completely non-reactive.

Can you imagine how these relationships would change?

If you felt calm,

If you could build time into any response or any conversation,

So you didn't react,

You didn't do it in the moment,

You actually gave yourself the expansion that you deserve.

So imagine what would it look like if you flipped the script and instead of feeling blindsided,

You feel completely ready to take your time to say,

I'll get back to you,

To not feel compelled to cave into what this other person wants,

Even if they're difficult,

Even if they're manipulative,

Right?

Because you know down deep that you have the right to make decisions for yourself in your right and perfect time,

Regardless of who you're dealing with.

So I'm going to ask you to feel that feeling of empowerment,

Visualizing yourself calm,

Confident,

Strong.

Feel the feeling in the middle of your chest.

And let's begin silently repeating our affirmation.

I am the only boss of me now and always.

I am the only boss of me now and always.

So just continue repeating this affirmation silently and I'll let you know when it's time to come back.

Please gently stop repeating our affirmation.

I am the only boss of me now and always.

And I'll ask you to continue to amplify the feelings of being able to naturally stand firm in your sovereignty,

Actually being the only boss of you now and always.

The feeling that you can and will respond to anyone and everyone in your life,

In your own time,

After you've given yourself a chance to think.

You will express your thoughts and limits with ease in every situation,

In every conversation in your life.

Allow that feeling,

That mastery to spread throughout your entire body.

Visualize yourself doing it.

See yourself interacting with the difficult people or the boundary bullies in your life and being able to express your thoughts and your limits with ease.

Conjure this feeling of liberation and empowerment that this image brings for you right in the middle of your chest.

And let's take a moment right now to memorize this feeling.

Commit that feeling and the image to memory.

Allow yourself to tap into these feelings of empowerment at any moment when you need it throughout your day.

You know why?

Because you are the only boss of you now and always,

Mama.

And now I'll count back from 10 to 1.

And when I get to 1,

You're going to feel completely rested and relaxed and renewed.

Please gently stretch your hands and rock your feet and give yourself a nice big full body stretch.

Allow yourself to tap into this power anytime you want to.
