In this meditation we will ground into our bodies through our five senses and use alternative nostril breath awareness, to guide our nervous system state toward safety and connection. We will gently emphasize our awareness of the breath as it flows through the left nostril, which connects to the right side of our brain and represents our yin (feminine) energy or Ida nadi, as seen in Yoga. We will then use affirmations to write harmonious and nourishing stories into our minds and physiology. Listen when in need of grounding, healing, relaxation, regulating and regaining connection to self.
