Hello everybody and welcome to Dynamic Mindfulness Podcast.

So it's the end of the year,

December,

And it's perfect time to sit down and recollect a bit and see what was good in the year,

What was not so good,

What we want to let go of,

What we want to keep,

What we want to introduce into our lives into next year.

So I would like to offer you a guided meditation in this podcast about setting up intentions for the next year.

So first find a comfortable seat or you can also lie down on the ground on the floor.

Make sure you're warm enough and that nothing will disturb you in the next 10 minutes.

Okay,

Once you positioned yourself comfortably,

Now spend a couple of moments connecting with your breath and tuning into that inner space of the body.

And then listen carefully what comes as an answer when I ask you what do you want to leave behind in this year?

What do you want to leave behind?

Maybe it's a habit or emotion or relationship or whatever.

It will come up as an answer.

You don't need to look for it.

Just see what your inner space tells you.

What do you want to leave behind?

And then see and feel how that makes you feel in the body.

That's something that you want to leave behind.

How does it feel?

And let go of it.

The best way is to exhale it.

So don't exhale,

Let go of that feeling.

Stay a bit with that letting go.

Exhaling that feeling,

That sensation in the body.

Now listen carefully what comes up as an answer when I ask you what do you want to keep and bring into the next year?

What's good in your life?

What's functioning?

What are you grateful for?

What do you want to strengthen?

What do you appreciate?

What's worth keeping?

And each breath strengthen that feeling in the body,

That sensation that it gives you.

And also be grateful for it.

With each breath nourish that feeling and be grateful for it.

Okay and now listen carefully what comes up as an answer from that inner space.

Not from the intellect but from the inner space.

When I ask you what do you want to introduce into your life?

What do you want to manifest in the next year?

A new quality,

A new habit.

What do you want to bring new into your life?

So listen carefully for the answer and see how it feels in the body.

How that new quality,

New something that you want to introduce,

How does it feel in the body,

In that inner space?

And inhaling strengthen that feeling or bring more of that new quality in.

So on each inhale invite more of that new quality feeling in.

Okay so now when you have your answers what do you want to leave behind?

What's worth keeping?

And what do you want to invite and introduce new into your life?

This is something you can remind yourself of and strengthen throughout daily life.

So on each exhale you let go of that something that's ready to be left behind.

On each inhale you remind yourself of what do you want to bring new into your life?

And then noticing what's valuable and good in your life,

Being grateful for it.

Gratefulness is an incredible,

Incredible practice.

So being grateful for what we have,

What's good,

What's valuable.

Okay I hope this,

You find this useful and see what happens.

Continue working on it or continue playing with it and bring it into the next year.

I wish you all great next year.

Happy New Year,

Happy new beginning.
