This session is a little different than regular tapping. Instead of starting with the negative, this track is designed to end your day with a set of empowering affirmations while physically lowering stress in your body via tapping. We all run unhelpful thoughts & beliefs & unconscious cognitive biases that further strengthen them. Although it takes time, changing these thoughts/beliefs is empowering. This is because our thoughts/beliefs guide our behaviors which become the habits that form our character & finally our reality. But with awareness, we can consciously begin to lay down new neural pathways by consistently exposing our brains to more empowering statements. Transcript

Before we start tapping,

Take a moment to get still,

Feel your body on the surface supporting you.

Now turn your attention to the rise and fall of your chest and belly as you breathe,

And notice any sounds in the room,

Before tuning into more distant sounds.

Now that we are fully in the present moment,

We are ready to begin tapping.

As usual,

We'll start on the side of the hand,

But instead of creating a setup statement,

We will just go straight into stating affirmations,

And we'll move from point to point.

Let's get started.

Tapping on the side of the hand,

As the day draws to a close.

Top of the head,

I'm grateful for all that I learnt today.

Eyebrow,

I'm grateful for having a place to rest my head.

Outer eye,

I'm grateful for prioritising this time to decompress.

Under eye,

And let go of any lingering concerns about today.

Under the nose,

So that I can fully relax.

Under the mouth,

And get some quality sleep.

Collarbone,

Letting all parts of me know that it is safe to rest.

Under the arm,

I am healthy and whole.

Side of the hand,

I attract what I need.

Top of the head,

I love and accept all parts of me.

Eyebrow,

I live mindfully.

Outer eye,

I am courageous.

Under eye,

I embrace the messiness of life.

Under the nose,

I welcome opportunities to learn.

Under the mouth,

I am able to fully surrender and go with the flow.

Collarbone,

Knowing that nothing stays the same.

Under the arm,

Each and every night.

Side of the hand,

I sleep deeply and soundly.

Top of the head,

And wake up in the morning.

Eyebrow,

Feeling refreshed and energised.

Outer eye,

And ready to start my day.

Under eye,

I'm grateful for all the beauty in this world.

Under the nose,

I'm grateful for all that I have.

Under the mouth,

I'm grateful for all that I'm learning.

Collarbone,

I'm grateful for the love that I give and receive.

Under the arm,

I speak my truth without fear.

Side of the hand,

My perspective is unique and worth sharing.

Top of the head,

And I am loved and respected.

Eyebrow,

I have a lot to offer.

Outer eye,

I share my abundance with others.

Under eye,

I attract people who are loving,

Kind and supportive.

Under the nose,

I am resilient.

Under the mouth,

I create balance in my life.

Collarbone,

I can maintain a sense of inner peace.

Under the arm,

Even when my outer reality is challenging.

Side of the hand,

I feel calm.

Top of the head,

My daily habits support my wellbeing.

Eyebrow,

I easily release any concerns and worries.

Side of eye,

I am fully present.

Under the eye,

To the here and now.

Under the nose,

Feeling relaxed.

Under the mouth,

And ready for a restful sleep.

Collarbone,

I look forward to tomorrow.

Under the arm,

And the opportunities that await me.

Release the tapping and place one hand on your forehead and the other over your heart.

Feel the warmth of your hands on your body.

Notice the hand on your chest rising and falling with each inhale and exhale.

Feel free to stay here for as long as you need while I wrap this session up or even after the track ends.

I hope you are feeling relaxed and ready to drift off to sleep.

But before you do,

I'd just like to suggest that you take note of any level of resistance you had to any of the affirmations.

Any resistance experienced provides valuable clues of what could potentially be holding you back from thriving and presents opportunities for future tapping sessions,

Either on your own or with an EFT practitioner.

And it is worth jotting them down or recording a quick voice memo so you don't forget.

Though you might want to do this in the morning if you are sleepy and just want to enjoy the feeling of being relaxed and at peace.
