This session is a little different than regular tapping. Instead of starting with the negative, this track is designed to end your day with a set of empowering affirmations while physically lowering stress in your body via tapping. We all run unhelpful thoughts & beliefs & unconscious cognitive biases that further strengthen them. Although it takes time, changing these thoughts/beliefs is empowering. This is because our thoughts/beliefs guide our behaviors which become the habits that form our character & finally our reality. But with awareness, we can consciously begin to lay down new neural pathways by consistently exposing our brains to more empowering statements.
