This tapping meditation is designed for anyone needing to release feelings of frustration in a healthy way. Tapping is the perfect tool to use when feeling frustrated because frustration and stress are interlinked. When we tap, we lower the level of stress hormones circulating in the body. This leaves us feeling calm and relaxed. The calmer we feel, the easier it is to deal with unresolved reoccurring stressors that leave us feeling stuck and therefore frustrated. We can then release the pattern of reoccurring frustration and live a life that is more satisfying. For those new to EFT, I cover how to locate the acupressure points used when tapping in my talk - An Introduction to EFT Tapping - which you can find under my profile. Please note that there is no preamble at the top of the track so that you can get straight into releasing feelings of frustration.
