In this guided meditation, you will begin the deeper inner work of learning how to fill yourself with the love and nurturing you didn't receive early in your life. This practice releases resistance such that you can begin to believe that you are worthy of your own love. Once this foundation is established, you know in your heart that you are enough, just as you are.

Get comfortable,

And focus on your breath to bring yourself into the present moment.

Breathe in life force energy through your nose all the way to your belly,

And then slowly exhale through the mouth.

Do this several times until you feel relaxed and more at peace.

Connect to Mother Earth energy through the root chakra at the base of your spine,

And also to source energy through your crown chakra at the top of your head.

Breathe into these divine connections as if you are connecting with your divine mother and father.

Now visualize golden white energy coming down from the heavens into the top of your head.

Allow this loving energy to move throughout your entire mind,

Body,

And soul,

Cleansing and purifying every fiber of your being.

And now imagine this golden love energy intentionally moving to and filling your hands.

Feel the warmth of the love in your hands,

And then put one or both of your hands on your heart,

And imagine you are touching the heart of your inner child,

The part of you that did not get its needs fulfilled.

Visualize love pouring out of your hands into your inner child's heart.

Allow your beautiful inner child to lean into the love that is freely flowing from your hands directly to their heart.

Imagine your inner child allowing and receiving the perfect amount of love to feel nurtured,

Loved,

And comforted in ways this pure part of you has never felt before.

Embrace and hug yourself and your inner child.

Feel the warmth in your heart.

Your body lovingly responds to touch automatically,

And this activates the limbic system and strengthens your immune system and your heart.

So give yourself permission to hug yourself at will.

Just continue to allow the flow of love to fill your inner child until they feel satiated and deeply known and seen and respected and loved.

Know that you are so very lovable,

And say that to yourself,

I am lovable.

I am so lovable.

I can do anything.

And now check back in with your inner child.

Does she or he need anything else from you?

Any love or nurturing or comfort?

Make sure that every part of yourself knows how lovable you are.

And when you feel complete,

Express gratitude to yourself,

To your inner child for her strength,

And to your spiritual support team for helping you navigate these earthly waters.

And we say thank you,

Thank you,

Thank you.

And so it is.
