Welcome to what is for me a midday meditation for you could be any time but preferably when you are in between activities or meetings and just wanting to center,

Connect to yourself and find some strength,

Inner confidence and perhaps a bit of joy.

We'll begin by taking a deep breath in through the nose if it's available to you and out through the mouth.

Find yourself in your body as much as you're able as much as available to you.

You might begin by feeling your feet on the floor or your seat on the floor or the chair,

Just noticing the contact between you and whatever it is that is physically supporting you.

Continue breathing as you begin to find yourself in your body,

Noticing any internal sensations or any urges to sway or roll your shoulders back.

Maybe roll them forward a few times.

You might want to do some gentle twists with your torso from your hips.

Some neck rolls.

Just bringing movement and flow back into the body.

If you're living any kind of a modern technology informed life you do too much sitting and hunching and leaning and working with your fingers and your wrists and your hands and we can get really stiff and still.

So just loosening that back up,

Reconnecting with the flow of our bodies and of life that's always available.

And from there I invite you to just drop a little deeper,

Pause.

See if you can find some place inside where you feel strong,

Confident,

Or a spark of joy.

Something good to connect to viscerally.

Not a concept,

Although it could be a concept assuming that manifests somewhere in your body.

Something that you can feel and sense.

Otherwise scanning for some place of light,

Ease,

Rest,

Open energy flow.

And finding that,

Just acknowledging that it's there.

And that you have access to it.

And maybe you knew that and maybe you didn't but now you do.

So now you know that you can come back to it.

Find it again.

Reconnect.

And maybe even grow it.

Maybe there's room to expand that feeling,

That place,

That sensation,

That connection.

And maybe it's just enough as it is.

And there's nothing that needs to be done at all.

And what a beautiful reflection for you.

Maybe it's just enough as you are.

Nothing needing to be done at all.

In fact sometimes it's the undoing that's needed.

Allowing us to reconnect with our true nature.

Our unblocked selves.

Our confidence,

Our joy.

Tuning one more time into that place in your being,

In your body.

Just thank it.

Thank yourself for making the time,

Spending this time with me.

Going out the way we came in.

Just bringing attention to your breath.

To your feet or your seat.

To the light behind your eyelids.

And then allowing your eyes to open in your own time.

Reconnecting with this material world.

Going on with your day.

Feeling a little bit better.

Wishing you all the best and until next time.

Bye bye.
