Today is Day 6.
Creativity breeds creativity.
At the start of this series,
You learned how to feel good as a way to start feeling more creative.
On Day 5,
You learned that you are connected to the Infinite Creative Source.
Now it's time to feed your creativity.
I truly believe that creativity and momentum go hand in hand.
It's important to keep the inspiration flowing in.
Sometimes it's easier than you think.
Sometimes you need to pay just a little attention to what is going on around you and put aside a little time to go with the flow.
Let's look to nature for some examples.
All things in the universe are diminished until they are built back up again.
Rivers run low until the rains fill them up and forests keep regenerating as new trees grow.
It's vitally important that you,
As a creative being,
Refresh and restore your own creative juices.
Today,
Let's look at some ways to keep you in tune with and feeding your own creativity.
But first,
Let's get into the creative state of mind with three belly deep breaths in.
Okay.
Breathe in.
Out.
Breathe in.
And out.
Last time in.
And out.
Let's go just a little deeper with a full body scan.
Bring up the top of the head,
Feel some creative energy swirling around.
Energy is now moving down your face,
In the back of your head and your ears.
Bring that energy down into your neck and your shoulders.
From there,
Feel the energy flowing down your chest,
Down your breasts.
Feel the energy down into your belly.
Back up at the shoulders,
Let's feel that energy move down,
Down your arms into your elbows.
And now from your elbows to your wrists,
Hands and fingers.
Now feel the creative juices swirling around your back,
Down from your shoulders,
Down to your waist.
The energy is flowing down to your pelvis and down your bottom.
Let's move that energy down the back of our thighs and down the front of our thighs.
That energy is moving down our knees into our calves.
Now move the energy down your shins.
Finally,
Feel the energy swirling around your ankles,
Feet and toes.
Nice.
And now for the meditation,
Let's spend some time thinking about the beauty we experience around us and in us.
Where are you now?
Can you see a painting or some pillows that you love?
How about some flowers or trees?
Are you looking forward to dancing to some music that you enjoy?
Think of some of the things in your life right now that you can see,
Feel,
Do or taste that bring beauty into your life and joy.
Now take a moment here to develop a list of activities that feed your soul and your creativity.
You can list them in your mind or write them down on paper and they can be anything from classes to taking a walk to meeting with friends.
I'll give you a moment and bring you back gently.
Very good.
This will be your go-to list to feed your soul and your creativity.
Keep adding to this list and make sure you do things on your list or other things that get your creative juices moving once a day or a few times a week.
Whatever works for you.
Maybe affirmations work for you.
So let's get started with our affirmation that we use to end out all of the meditations.
