Self Love Campfire Practice This meditation is for when you're going through a bit of a hard time.

When you have emotions stirring around inside that you're not sure how to process,

That you're not sure what to do with.

This meditation can help you integrate and transcend and love these parts of you that are struggling right now to bring you back to love and wholeness.

So begin by making yourself really comfortable,

Removing all distractions from your meditation space and start settling into your inner world through some big deep belly breaths.

Letting each out breath relax your shoulders,

Your face and all the other muscles in your body.

Let go of your day so far,

This is your time for you right now.

In your imagination see yourself taking a walk somewhere beautiful in nature,

Anywhere you choose to imagine is just perfect.

You're walking along and enjoying the feeling of being in nature,

The smells and the beauty and the fresh air.

You're remembering your own connection with the earth and your trail leads you to a clearing.

In the middle of that clearing is a beautiful and inviting little campfire.

You can smell the wood burning,

You can hear the crackling.

The campfire seems to create this aura of safety and of sanctuary.

So you go towards it and feel its warmth radiating towards you.

You start to think about what you're going to do with your life.

You start to think about what you're going through at the moment and the feelings that are active for you right now.

Honestly feeling how you're truly feeling at the moment,

Let it be as it is without judgment or censoring or labeling.

Now there is a part of your psyche who lives inside of this particular feeling that you've got active within you now.

There is a part of you for which this feeling is their home,

It's where they dwell.

That you that lives inside of this feeling is their home.

Inside this feeling is now coming to join you at the campfire.

Let them appear to you creatively in your imagination.

You may see a child,

A baby,

A teenager or a version of yourself at any other age.

Notice the energy of this part of you,

Their posture,

Their demeanor,

How they are sitting or standing and start to approach them with unconditional love,

With a sense of caring for their well-being just like you would care for a child.

Just like you would care for a really good friend or a family member.

Say to them,

It's okay,

I am not here to tell you what to do.

I'm not here to try to change you.

I'm here to listen and support you.

And then be silent and listen.

Let this part of you express anything they need to say,

Anything they need to get off their chest,

If they need to cry,

Shout,

Scream in your imagination,

That's fine.

You are holding space unconditionally for whatever they want to say right now.

For whatever they want to say right now.

And thanking them for that,

For their honesty,

For their authenticity.

And asking them now,

What do you need?

What do you need to come back to wholeness?

And listen to what they say.

Now,

Whatever it is they need,

It is your job now to provide that.

If they need love,

It's your love they need.

If they need reassurance,

You're the one that can do that.

If they need company,

You can provide that.

Whatever it is they need,

Creatively imagine they're getting that now.

You're giving it to them or it's coming around them in some other way.

Imagine them receiving everything they need.

Noticing how much brighter and happier they appear now.

And asking them,

Is there anything else you need?

If there is,

Please let me know right now.

And then again,

Creatively imagine they are receiving that.

You can bring in spirit guides,

You can bring in angels,

You can bring in animals,

You can do whatever you want in your imagination.

Bring this part of you,

What they need,

See it happening.

Now imagine this part of you is getting smaller and smaller and smaller.

Becoming so little that they can stand in the palm of your hand.

And then place them in your heart,

At the center of your chest.

So that they may always be connected to love.

That they may always be connected to you.

Feel that this part of you is safe and nurtured in there.

And imagine yourself stepping into the rest of your life now with this part of you healed,

Happy and well.

Stepping into the rest of your life now with this part of you healed,

Happy and whole.

Okay,

It's time to come back.

Wiggle your toes and your fingers.

Take a few deep breaths.

And slowly bring yourself back to everyday reality.

Noticing how you feel now.

Noticing your emotions now.

You can be really proud of doing this kind of work on yourself.

Because as you bring your own consciousness into your life,

As you bring your own consciousness into wholeness like this,

You're also healing the mass consciousness of humanity.

Keep going.

Come back and use this meditation as much as you need.

All my love to you.
