Inspired by some of Eckhart Tolle's powerful present moment concepts, this meditation is designed to do with eyes open, to more intently focus your self-awareness and feeling of connection with everything around you. You can practice this at home, or anywhere you like, even in a public space with headphones on if you choose. Let Susan's voice guide you into an altered state of consciousness where you take your seat as a detached witness. Practice being awake and aware and present... And experience the bliss of feeling that you are alive, deeply connected and inseparable from this one present moment.

Keep your eyes open for this meditation.

You can actually listen to this meditation while you're out in public and in fact it's a good practice to do this,

Sitting on the bus,

Standing in a queue,

Sitting on a park bench observing people around you,

Listening to your headphones and doing this meditation.

Start to focus on my voice,

Focusing on the silence in between the words of my voice.

Notice that the words come out of silence and return back into silence.

The silence.

The silence in between the words of my voice.

Noticing only the silence and the silence in between the other noises in the room you are in.

And now noticing the space in the room you are in.

Not the physical objects but the space of the room,

The empty space.

And if you can see out a window,

Look at the space outside.

If you can't see out a window,

Then visualize it.

And in your mind,

Still keeping your eyes open,

Just repeat these affirmations after I state them.

I am awake.

I am aware.

I am witnessing.

I am this present moment as it unfolds.

I am witnessing the magic and enchantment of this present moment right now.

I am here.

I am awake.

Nothing that I see around me has any meaning.

I have given meaning to everything I see around me.

And just for now I choose to drop all of those meanings,

Definitions and labels.

Everything I see around me is an expression of life.

It is.

It just is.

I feel the presence.

That I am the aliveness.

I sense the aliveness all around me too.

A sea of unending connected aliveness everywhere of which I cannot ever be separated from.

I am witnessing all of it.

Awake.

Aware.

I am witnessing my mind.

I am witnessing my body.

I am witnessing my ego and its urges.

I am so grateful to be here,

Now,

Witnessing this one present moment unfolding through me.

I am inseparable from this present moment right now.

Everything is just as it should be.

I am completely at peace.

Okay,

Well done.

Amazing.
