Welcome to your guided meditation for releasing stress and fear of COVID-19.
Certain words and ideas can trigger anxiety and stress within us.
It can make us experience the fight or flight response that can become unhealthy when we experience it over long periods of time.
If you find yourself constantly going back to fearful or worrisome ideas of COVID-19,
I invite you to enjoy the simple practice where we'll consciously release any fear and worry through our breath and through visualization and then affirm a positive affirmation of health and balance for ourselves and for others.
Begin just by becoming quiet,
Turning your attention inward,
Wherever you are,
And finding a comfortable seat.
Inhale,
Take a breath in and exhale,
Let it go.
This time,
Breathe in new energy and exhale any stress or fear about COVID and how it can affect you and your loved ones.
Just let that go back into the earth.
The first step is to acknowledge when we feel stress and fear,
When we find ourselves going into worry,
To let ourselves come to our breath and our body in the moment.
So you can practice taking these breaths of inhaling new energy and then exhaling out any fear or worry,
Negative thoughts,
And letting it go,
Seeing it go back into the earth where it gets recycled and regenerated.
So if you've had any scary thoughts,
Worrisome thoughts,
Let yourself release that into the earth now with your exhale,
Breathing it out,
Acknowledging those thoughts are there,
But also letting them go,
Giving yourself full permission to release those thoughts now.
Breathing in and breathing out all fear and worry.
This time,
Breathe in peace and breathe out stress,
Breathing in peace and breathing out any stress,
Letting it all go.
And affirming to yourself,
Right now,
I'm okay.

We'll begin to focus on the affirmation,
I am healthy and balanced in this moment.
So bringing your attention to this very moment and repeating to yourself,

And see if you can draw your attention all the way into your body to the bottoms of your feet,
And see if you can draw your attention to the bottom of your feet.
Filling up the lower part of your body,
The middle part of your body,
And the upper part of your body with this affirmation,

Right now,

And let yourself really feel the statement.
Notice how it begins to shift your own energy in your mentality to affirm all of your emotions.
Right now,

And see if you can send this intention out into the world,
The intention for the whole world to experience.
And see if you can send this intention out into the world,
The intention for the whole world to experience health and balance.
And seeing and feeling,
Sensing the whole world in a state of health and balance.
Notice what it's like to be completely relaxed,
Open,
Healthy,
And balanced.
Even if you aren't feeling well,
You can focus on this affirmation for yourself,
Repeating right now,
I'm healthy and balanced,
Focusing on this affirmation for yourself and the world.
So let yourself focus on this affirmation together with the music,
Breathing in and breathing out through the center of your being,
Letting yourself relax and connect to the earth's energy and the safety of the earth's energy as you repeat right now,
