A long-time fan of slow, restorative styles of yoga, Sue discovered yin during the Covid 19 pandemic, and it was this beautifully satisfying style of yoga, and it's ability to keep her calm and grounded at such a turbulent time, that inspired her to teach. Since taking an initial 200hr YTT Sue has gone on to study yin and restorative yoga, and now teaches a variety of slow, mindful classes with an emphasis on breathing & meditation, in the North East of England.
