The distraction! Everywhere, every time even in our pockets. Imagine there is novel distraction emerged. Holy Distraction. By it, you are forgetting all other distractions. Let's focus and try this. By this, you will return your nature. I will not do this you will make engineering in your spiritual realm. I am just helping.

Hello,

This is Cem Aspa.

Welcome to this meditation.

I am honored to see you in this meditation.

Before we begin,

You may make your position comfortable.

Set a place,

A quiet,

In the comfortable zone.

There is a lot of distraction in our life.

Too many things in everyone.

We cannot keep ourselves by the turning off our eyes because the flux of things in a distraction age easily rush into even our sleep time or even we turn off our eyes.

Let me ask ourselves,

Is there anything,

Any distraction that distracts us from all other distractions?

Is that possible?

A wholly good distraction that distracts us from all other things,

All other distractions.

Then like a trembling,

Instant trembling in the cool day,

We become to return back or nature,

Our fundamental life and we feel grounded.

We feel connected to the Mother Earth and Lady Life.

Yes,

We have an option.

We don't need to find this option from the highest level of the libraries or deepest part of the sea.

Believe it or not,

It is here,

It's in the now,

It's in the present moment.

Sometimes you can feel,

You can understand instantly like a trembling in the cool water.

But often when you need it,

You cannot find it because it somehow hides itself behind the all flux of thinking,

Flux of negative feelings.

There's two lives.

One of it is natural and it have not any purpose of pushing his existence into your life.

It is as it is.

It have not any secret agenda.

So other part of life,

Artificial life or digital life,

He tries to make you feel every time connected.

You want to connect and see everything and every time,

Every single moment.

You are wondering what if you miss one of update from the social media or news.

However,

The dangerous thing is you think every people do that.

Every people continue to look that and you should do,

But you should not.

Let's try to do this.

In fact,

You already start to find your way and find your holy distractions within yourself by the listening this meditation or any other meditation.

So let's try and continue and make your experience better.

Before start,

Don't expect anything from this moment and this meditation.

You just will distracted by my voice or this meditation and find your own way.

If you are ready,

Just close your eyes and take a very deep breath.

Don't count it.

Take it how many breath you want.

Then start to feel your breath better.

To help yourself to feel your breath,

Natural,

Life full and holy breath.

Just focus on your nostril.

Feel your inhalation.

Then feel your exhalation.

Somebody cannot feel the inhalation easily.

Never mind.

Just do it as it is.

Continue to the breath.

Continue to feel your inhalation.

The gap between your inhalation and your exhalation.

Don't try to change anything.

Don't worry about the incoming thinking,

Imagination,

External voice,

Even alert from your phone or from others.

Start counting your inhalation and exhalation.

First inhalation,

A gap and first exhalation.

Second inhalation,

And second gap,

And second exhalation.

Continue to breath.

Don't think there is a perfect breath exercise.

That is not possible.

Breath is something natural.

You may feel it as it is.

You may feel very profound grounding.

One just a single inhalation and you can easily love your mindfulness.

Don't worry that's the flow of the time like your life.

Think as if somebody whispers to you about deep,

Worry deep and deep secrets about yourself.

So,

These secrets sometimes laments deeply but you never notice.

Except it's laments,

Except it opens what secret is all there.

Just think what your secret you may not speak even with yourself.

A feeling,

A love,

A jealousy,

An angry,

A joy,

A grief or something that you cannot explain even to yourself.

Me and other people,

A lot of people keeps the journal every day or every week.

It explains their selves about their secrets.

But even hundreds of pages cannot explain these secrets because secrets cannot be explained in a written form sometimes.

Even most complicated and philosophical language cannot explain that.

You will feel you will touch these secrets now.

Will understand some part of it as if you are listening a language you cannot understand.

Sometimes you will hear the whispering and you will understand some easy words of it.

Sometimes you will miss the notice your inhalation and exhalation during this deep session.

However,

Don't worry,

It's okay.

Your whispers sometimes will overlap with the other sounds that you are noticing from outside.

This coincidence but not just a coincidence,

Co-occurrence,

It is your selective perception about yourself.

You are selecting within your portfolios millions of ideas and opinions.

You are selecting because you are presenting it with your frame but you are not even minding with this frame.

You have a frame,

Love this frame but understand it because sometimes this frame leaks some negative things.

Are you distracted?

If yes,

With external distraction say it's okay,

It's a kind of distraction but it distracted me to remind me I should return back within myself.

If you distracted with my voice that was my purpose to distract you from yourself and your external life.

It's okay.

Continue to do this meditation and feeling yourself within yourself.

You can't extend it how many times you want.

I will wrap up this meditation for who want to finish this experience and keep it in his external library of the mindfulness.

Take a deep breath,

Feel your nostrils and open your eyes.

When you open your eyes just look around and return back to your daily life.
