Hello,
Thanks for being here today.
Let's take some time and just send some love to our bodies.
Let's start by taking a few deep breaths,
Imagining that each breath as you breathe in,
There's new fresh air coming into your body.
New fresh air that's filled with the love and intention that you're bringing,
Filling your body with this positive,
Positive intention.
That positive intention is the love that we're filling our body with.
So just really breathing and appreciating each breath,
Appreciating each moment of the breath.
And when you breathe out,
Breathing out any tensions or stress or any negativity,
Just let that become a cycle,
Breathing in with joy and love and breathing out anything that needs to go out.
Really feeling that breath fill you,
Feeling the temperature of it in your body,
Feeling the space that it fills up.
Maybe it's expanding your body.
And as you breathe out,
Feel how your body is collapsing in on itself to push that all out.
Noticing your body is aiding you,
It's helping you to expel this old breath,
All these old things that are in your body,
These stresses,
These tensions.
Just being with that for a moment,
Being with the gratefulness of breathing in and with the gratefulness of breathing out.
Let's turn some attention to our heart.
Trying first to get really quiet.
Noticing if you can sense your heartbeat,
Either by sound or by sensation,
Feeling the pulse of the heart in your chest or maybe in your fingers,
Maybe in your head.
If you can't seem to get it,
Put your hand right over your heart,
But take a few moments just to try and focus.
It takes a little bit of practice at first to notice the heartbeat,
But once you find how to find it,
It's quite easy to return.
And so now whether with your heart on your chest or just by tuning into it,
Really kind of focus on that heartbeat,
On that area where the heart's beating,
And really just magnify that awareness,
Really make that your main focus,
Your only focus in the world.
Noticing the speed at which it's beating,
The pressure.
And in the same fashion,
Noticing that with each beat,
Your heart is pumping your body with new fresh blood.
Again,
With your intention,
Your positive intention of love,
With the awareness on the heart,
Each pulse is sending love coursing through your body,
Aided as well by the breath with fresh oxygen in the blood.
There's positive healing,
Loving energy,
Really just coursing through your body now.
So feeling each breath,
Each heartbeat,
Feeling it all with a sense of gratitude,
Trying to be with both the breath and the heartbeat,
Really being with the body.
Noticing that when you're focusing,
You're not really doing either.
You're not breathing.
You're not beating your heart,
It's just happening and you're aware of it.
Even in your absence,
Your body continues to live.
Almost as if your body loves you,
Loves your existence,
Loves its own existence.
It's choosing to keep going.
And so being with that love,
Being with that grace,
Being with that grace,
Feeling the breath and the heartbeat.
You can play with your imagination here a little bit too,
Noticing or imagining with each pump of the heart that it's not just blood,
But light being circulated as well.
And light being breathed in as well as we breathe in the light is coming into our body and as the heart beats,
It's being pushed everywhere,
Filling our whole internal body with this light,
With this love.
Letting it really circulate everywhere,
Imagining it go through your arms,
Your neck,
Your whole torso,
Your legs,
Your feet,
Your knees and your elbows.
Not forgetting the back,
The shoulders,
That breath and the heart working in unison.
Feeling that love as it's spreading through you,
Allowing yourself to smile.
Smiling on the outside,
But also smiling on the inside,
Letting your eyes smile,
Almost behind your eyes,
Letting your heart smile.
Noticing if you feel a difference as you intend that.
As soon as you intend to have your eyes smile,
Something changes.
As soon as you intend to have your heart smile,
Something changes,
Almost imperceptibly.
Now let's drop even lower,
Feeling into our stomach,
To our gut.
It might be harder to sense this,
There's no obvious breath or beating,
But just feeling into that area,
Maybe putting your other hand there if it helps.
Noticing if you feel any sensations there.
Maybe just rumbling or some kind of movement or tension,
Just being with whatever's there.
Just focusing on the stomach or gut.
Feeling that even without any focus,
Here your body is digesting the food you've eaten.
Processing it,
Taking all the good stuff out and pushing all the bad stuff out.
Feeling for you,
Creating a better quality of life for you.
And again with your intention here,
Feeling how all these good nutrients and all the food you've eaten,
How it's sustaining you,
How it's filling you with life,
Energy.
Feeling your body to heal itself and to survive,
To thrive,
To live.
And now connecting back with your heart as you're feeling the gut,
Maybe noticing the heartbeat in the gut,
Maybe just having your awareness on both areas at the same time.
Taking your attention back to the breath as well,
Now focusing on these three areas.
Noticing your breath breathing in,
Your heart pulsing in your gut cleansing,
Taking in new energy.
And you can notice that light as you breathe in,
The lights coming in,
The hearts pushing it everywhere.
And gut is purifying it even more,
The lights helping it separate all the good stuff from the bad stuff.
Really there is no bad stuff.
Even the bad stuff is part of an important process.
You know,
It might be fiber that's just cleaning up our gut.
Not necessarily a nutrient there,
But it's just as useful.
The same is true of any part of this process,
Of any bad stuff.
You know,
Our out breath,
All the stresses we're breathing out.
It's because we breathe out that we can breathe in.
So being grateful for each out breath,
For each stress we let go of,
Knowing that something beautiful will replace it.
And in turn be followed by another stress we get to let go of.
The cycle that we're in,
Breathing in,
Feeling the heartbeat,
Feeling the gut,
And smiling from all those places now.
Again noticing that imperceptible shift when we smile from our gut,
From our stomach,
From our eyes,
And from our mouth as well.
Seeing the sense of relaxation that happens when we open up that way.
Just letting that breath circulate,
Imagining that light if you like,
Or just feeling your body.
This is one of the most healing things you can do,
Just feeling your body in this kind of openness.
Feeling the breath,
Feeling the heart,
Feeling the lungs,
Or the gut.
And taking a big deep breath in,
Really savoring every part of it.
And when you breathe out,
Really letting go.
Even all the stuff we've gone over today,
Just letting it all go.
Clearing it all the way.
Feel free to do that a few times.
Breathing in,
Enjoying that fresh air,
And when you breathe out,
Just letting go of everything.
Letting your shoulders drop,
Your eyes drop.
Allowing yourself to feel refreshed.
And just remember through the day to smile from those places.
Maybe tune in and check in with them.
A little awareness goes a long way.
Thank you very much.
All my love to you.
Bye bye.
