Find yourself in a comfortable position for this practice.

Spinal column erect,

Head,

Neck and shoulders in one straight line.

Place your hands on your knees or palms facing up if you wish to lay down for the practice.

Quickly close your eyes and mouth.

Begin by taking in a long deep breath and gently release.

Focus on your breath.

Do not try and change the breath,

Just simply witness.

Breathing happens naturally,

Just be aware of it.

Do not disturb or interrupt the natural rhythm of your breath.

Just feel.

Feel your body settling into this practice,

Nice and easy.

Letting go with each breath.

Feel the calmness taking place.

What are you aware of right now?

Your breath.

Your body.

Your space.

The sensations in your mouth.

Your tongue.

Your hands.

Your feet.

Your back.

Your front.

What sounds are you aware of?

Distant sounds.

The sound of your breath.

The sound of your heartbeat.

Listen carefully.

What can you hear?

What can you feel?

Embrace your senses without the judgment of your mind.

Just purely feel for a moment without mental labels.

Feel from your awareness.

Pure awareness.

Embrace your senses.

Feeling.

Observing.

Embracing.

Now purely listen.

What can you hear?

Focus all of your attention into the sound of hearing without mental labels.

Embrace your senses.

Feel your body.

Your hands.

Your body.

Your hands.

Your back.

Your hands.

Your hands.

Feel your breath.

Feel the flow of breath as it enters and leaves.

Feel how your body mandatory rises intoandon.

There is another intelligence within you,

Independent to your mind.

Embrace this intelligence.

Leave your thoughts.

Just be aware.

Be present.

Be still.

Can you stay in this state of awareness without the process of the mind?

Take a mental vacation.

Surrender to this state and grow your awareness of the self.

Be aware of the self.

The true self.

No definitions.

No labels.

No concepts.

No ideas.

Just a sense of I am.

We are continuous to involve ourselves with this.

This is a wonderful meditation! I think it is most appropriate for people with some experience - not for beginners. Leaves lots of space between guidance for independent practice.

The voice leading this module is one of my favorites on Insight Timer. I’m also doing the course led by the same beautiful and engaging voice, which I am truly enjoying. I have yet to comment over there, but will. I appreciate the way this is broken up - there’s a lot going on and as a result, I found myself going into a zone. Between her voice, the music, the silent pauses, and the binaural buzzes at the end...I felt my vibrations rise. For me, it was building from the very beginning to end - 😌. I shall listen to more!
