I have the lotus flower tattooed in the centre of my neck... on the right side i have a feminine meditating buddha (signifying myself) with planet's around.... and on the left side of my neck... i have the hamsa hand.

Meditation has helped save my life & change both myself & my life in the most profound way....

Im so lucky i found insight timer... if i hadn't Im unsure where I'd be....

I loved this. The body sensing part was very nice and brought me into a deep state of meditation where i felt like i was light as a feather. Being a lotus flower also made me see the beauty in my self. Thank you.
