Liberation is the ultimate freedom from being in prison with feelings that no longer serve you.
Past emotional patterns can be haunting and toxic for the body,
And this is why it is important to discharge this unwanted energy from your body.
Your body will start to flush out unwanted energy only when you stop identifying with the energy that no longer serves you.
Where your attention goes,
Energy flows.
By keeping thoughts alive or dwelling on past emotions that no longer serve you,
You leave behind a negative residue in your body field.
This will only keep the frequency alive.
When emotions come up associated with a person you once loved,
Just be still and remind yourself,
You are not the emotions.
You are the witness,
The observer to all your emotional experiences.
You don't have to shower in every emotion that rises up in your field of experience.
Shifting your attention into a state of observation is the key to liberation.
Emotions are currents of energy passing through your body system.
Your attention can either keep the current alive in your body or it can watch it pass by.
In this meditation,
You will learn to allow the body to naturally flush out any unwanted emotional energy that you may have unwillingly kept alive in your body.
A wise woman once said,
You will never find the right person if you never let go of the wrong one.
Find a comfortable position for this meditation.
Maintain a nice straight back.
Hands on your knees or palms facing up if you wish to lay down for this practice.
Gently close your eyes and mouth.
Let's start by taking a deep breath.
In through the nose.
And out through the nose.
In through the nose.
Out through the nose.
In through the nose.
Out through the nose.
Now let your natural breath take over.
Do not interrupt or disturb the natural flow of your breath.
Just simply follow your breath from beginning to end for the next few moments.
Now be aware of your body.
Pay attention to the emotions you are feeling right now.
Allow yourself to simply observe these emotions.
Without any judgements or interpretations.
Just be present with the emotions for the next few moments from a state of observation.
From a state of observation.
Now let's take a deep breath.
In through the nose.
In through the nose.
In through the nose.
Withdrawal symptoms from a relationship can be stressful to the body.
What you are experiencing is the shift in your neurobiology.
The shift in your mind and body.
A transition phase for your body to adapt to a state of being without the chemicals triggered from your ex.
This is a very natural phase the body has to go through.
A refractory period for the body to adjust to its new environment.
Be present with this phase.
Welcome these emotions with an open heart and mind.
Do not play the victim.
Or pay attention to any concepts that will trigger suffering in the body.
It is perfectly natural to feel loss or withdrawal.
To allow this liberation phase to be healthy and not toxic is to change your perception.
Each time negative stressful emotions rise to the surface.
Welcome them in.
Just don't identify with them.
Now I want you to focus on your breath.
Breathing through the nose and out through the nose.
Invite all the emotions you feel from your ex.
Everything.
Now simply observe and breathe.
Extend your exhalation.
Surrender to these feelings.
Do not keep them alive in your body by drowning in the influx of thought process.
Just simply surrender and allow them to be.
Just simply feel the emotions from a neutral state of awareness.
Attaching your attention to your feelings,
Interpreting them,
Questioning them will only charge them to be stronger.
Keep your attention in your breath and allow your body to flush these feelings out.
Just observe and breathe.
Extend your exhalation as if you were pushing out this unsettled energy.
The longer you can stay in a state of awareness and breathe out this unwanted energy,
The quicker your body will heal.
The quicker your body will heal.
Forgetting about someone isn't healing.
The mind and body will still be affected on an unconscious level.
Be present with your feelings.
Just observe and breathe.
Without judgements or interpretations.
Allow your body to restore its inner balance.
Just observe and breathe.
Just observe and breathe.
Just observe and breathe.
Just observe and breathe.
Just observe and breathe.
Just observe and breathe.
Just observe and breathe.
Just observe and breathe.
Just observe and breathe.
As we come to the end of our practice,
Just follow your breath for the next few moments.
Continue this practice.
